PROJECT SCOPE
Location : N Broadway Ave and NW 13th Street, OKC
Design : a concept for Guernsey’s new building. Part of a larger development providing parking on-site.

The Axial is an urban project on the Ex-Mattatoio of Testaccio in Rome, Italy. It focuses on connecting the community with the existing site. The project has a strong axis that spans the entire site to the river and connects all the programs and activities. All the new buildings are designed to blend in with the existing ones on the site. This site hosts a variety of outdoor and indoor spacble in use depending on the market on the site and the people’s needs. The main focus of this urban project is the community center. This community center is a place for everyone; it gives people an opportunity to have a comfortable place to learn and gather. Axial serves the community well by providing a flexible yet functional
