The tap that makes an impact

From idea to icon

Suddenly, I could see it before me! When I thought of it, I got a warm feeling inside and I couldn’t stop thinking about the idea... I was going to make a tap that produces boiling water!

We’re working on a new tank that loses virtually no heat, thereby saving even more energy.

Foreword

My father had an idea that he couldn’t shake off: providing households with instant boiling water from the tap. How convenient that would be! He worked on it for years in the cellar of our house.

Creating convenience was the main goal. In addition, from the very first prototype, the Quooker system was a product that could save both energy and water. It’s that combination of convenience and sustainability that makes it such a strong product. My father recognised its potential early on.

Sustainability is becoming an increasingly important focus for our company. For several years now, we have had a sustainability department, which functions as a kind of enthusiastic leader, inspiring all departments to make even more of an impact. Using renewable electricity and electric transport is now a matter of course. But we still make the greatest impact with our product itself: the Quooker system, which has revolutionised kitchens worldwide.

We’re continually making that core product better and more sustainable. For example, we introduced the CUBE, which enables the Quooker system to help consumers save not only water and energy, but also plastic bottles. We ensure that our products are increasingly repairable and reusable, extending their lifespan. But there are many more exciting developments in the pipeline. For example, we’re making great strides with a new tank that loses virtually no heat, thereby saving even more energy.

And yes, that makes my heart beat faster. And not just mine. This goes to the core of our corporate philosophy: easy for people, good for the planet. It’s what drives the 900 people that work with us. We’re increasing our impact with every Quooker system

we sell. So to us, every household without a Quooker system is an opportunity to make a difference. That’s where our focus lies.

We’re proudly still a family business. The sustainable approach that my brother and I were taught at home – not throwing away food, reusing items or repairing them when broken – is reflected in our corporate culture. Equally important is our commitment to caring for each other, working alongside one another, and helping one another. So, social sustainability is equally important to us. We are committed to the wellbeing of the people working at Quooker, as well as to improving working conditions throughout the supply chain. Our goal is to grow responsibly together, and to make a positive impact.

Our organisation and employees

At Quooker, we work every day, hundreds of us, on that one product. Our tap that does it all. Providing hot, cold and boiling water, as well as chilled and sparkling water.

All Quooker systems are produced at our business premises in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands. In addition, Quooker has branches in 16 countries. This international success means we are undergoing huge growth. We currently work with more than 900 motivated employees on our mission: to provide as many households as possible worldwide with our innovative Quooker system, which offers convenience while saving water and energy. We’re constantly developing and optimising our products. At the same time, we remain a family business, where we work together as a close-knit team.

The first systems were sold to friends and family.

Henri Peteri started developing the world’s first boiling-water tap.

Son Niels joined the company. The idea became a product and the Quooker system was born.

Son Walter also joined the company. A real commercial push could now be made.

The first building on Staalstraat opened, despite the company still not making a profit.

The Quooker Basic was introduced. This was the first tap to be produced in large numbers.

The world’s first vacuum-insulated boiler, the Quooker VAQ, was made. The insulation principle of the Quooker VAQ made the appliance extremely economical and compact, so it could even be installed in a kitchen cupboard with drawers.

The first Quooker systems were sold in Denmark and Great Britain.

The Quooker COMBI was introduced. This tank was 60% smaller and much more economical than an under-sink water heater.

The year of the COMBI+: like its predecessor, this model dispenses boiling and hot water, but now also offers unlimited hot water.

We built a new head office in the Netherlands. This was the last chance to have a major extension adjoining the existing building. LED lighting was installed throughout, and the roof was covered with PV panels.

We introduced the Quooker Flex. The only Quooker system with a convenient, flexible pull-out hose.

Quooker quickly grew to become a household name in the kitchen world and won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.

The Nordic Twintaps were launched: a boiling-water tap and a mixer tap in the same design.

We also produced more than 10,000 Quooker systems a year, had partnerships with more than a 1,000 dealers and branches in the Netherlands, Belgium, Great Britain, Norway, Denmark and Switzerland.

The Quooker CUBE was introduced. With this, the Quooker system now dispenses chilled, sparkling and filtered water in addition to cold, hot and boiling water. All from the same tap. You no longer need to bring plastic bottles into your home.

The Quooker Front was introduced. The tap has a sleek tubular shape with the lever for hot and cold water at the front of the spout.

Quooker is launched in France.

Around 300,000 Quooker systems are produced and sold each year in 16 countries.

Our sustainability vision

The Quooker system brings convenience and sustainability together in people’s everyday lives. Our company philosophy can be summed up as ‘easy for people, easy on the planet’.

We are aware of the fact that, as an international company, we have a major impact on people and the environment. Together with colleagues, suppliers and customers, we strive to make responsible choices every day. This applies not only to the way we design and repair our products but also to our own operations, where we work to reduce our CO 2 emissions. In addition, we are committed to the wellbeing of both our employees and the people in our value chain.

We have sustainable ambitions around five themes:

1. Energy Saving

‘Quooker reduces energy demand by developing an energy-efficient source of boiling, hot, chilled and sparkling water.’

2. Water Conservation

‘Quooker helps households save water and provides access to clean and safe drinking water.’

3. Climate Action

‘Quooker minimises its impact on climate change by investing in sustainable, innovative solutions.’

4. Lifespan & Circularity

‘Quooker develops long-lasting products, created in a circular value chain.’

5. Care for people

‘Quooker creates sustainable products with a focus on people’s wellbeing.’

Sustainable Development Goals

In our sustainability vision, we focus on four United Nations SDGs:

Sam Smeets Sustainability Manager

Materiality matrix

In 2024, we conducted a materiality analysis in collaboration with our stakeholders as part of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). This analysis helps us prioritise sustainability themes and account for our impact in a transparent way.

The results of this analysis are shown in the materiality matrix. This shows which themes are important to our stakeholders and where we have or where we can make the most impact. Based on this analysis, we decided to give less priority to the themes of pollution, biodiversity and ecosystems, and affected communities in 2025.

Within the pollution theme, we have gathered the main topicsunder health and safety, with a specific focus on our employees, people in the value chain and consumers. Biodiversity is not included separately, as we see it primarily as a consequence of our contribution to climate change— an issue at the heart of our strategy. The theme of affected communities has not been taken into consideration, as our business activities do not significantly impact regions where it would be relevant.

‘The CSRD ensures that sustainability reports are standardised, making companies’ performance in this area more comparable.’

Energy Saving

The more often you use the system, the more economical it becomes, especially compared to a kettle or a pan on the hob. Global energy consumption contributes to global warming. It’s imperative that we use energy smarter and more sustainably. At Quooker, we make products that can help with that.

Where are we today?

With a Quooker system, you have an energy-efficient source of boiling, hot, chilled and sparkling water. It consists of a tap on the work surface and a tank in the kitchen cupboard. This tank is insulated with a high vacuum and antiradiation foil, so it needs only 10 watts of energy to keep the water at temperature. That’s less energy than two standard LED bulbs. Our COMBI tank dispenses boiling and hot water, and it’s fully electric.

AThe COMBI tank has Energy efficiency rating A But how much energy can you actually save with a Quooker system? We’re happy to show you. That’s why we’ve developed the Sustainability Check. This tool lets consumers see inside a minute how much water and energy they use at home, and how a Quooker system can help them become more sustainable.

This year,

Quooker systems reduce energy demand by providing an energy-efficient source of boiling, hot, chilled and sparkling water.

Our goals and actions

We’re proud of our products’ low energy consumption and are committed to reducing it even further. For instance, we’re developing a new tank that’s even more energy-efficient. The new tank will use just 3 watts to keep the water above boiling point. This is an important step

aimed at helping as many households as possible reduce their energy consumption.

As with all our products, we will also conduct a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for this new tank. This will enable us to gather information that will help us become even more sustainable.

In 2025, we will introduce the Sustainability Check in all countries where Quooker operates. We hope this will give more people insight into how much water, energy, and plastic a Quooker system can save in their household.

At Quooker, we are energyconscious, but more importantly, we help our customers around the world do the same.

That is why our R&D department is constantly focused on making our products more energy-efficient.

Water Conservation

Quooker
water, while providing access to clean and safe drinking water.

Clean drinking water is becoming increasingly scarce and cannot be taken for granted, even in countries with good infrastructure. During hot, dry summers, the government often urges people to use water more economically. Many people find this challenging. A Quooker system can help save water at home. Small amounts throughout the day. As well as larger quantities at once.

Where are we today?

A lot of water gets wasted in the kitchen. Take boiling too much water or waiting for hot water, for example, while litres of clean, unused water are wasted down the sink. Our Quooker system helps prevent this wastage by dispensing exactly the amount of instant boiling, hot and cold water you need. This helps reduce unnecessary water consumption.

By using our COMBI tank, which provides both boiling and hot water, a household

can save up to 4,200 litres of water per year. These savings are caused by the fact that hot water is instantly available so you don’t waste cold water waiting for it to heat up to the desired temperature. Users of the PRO3 tank, which dispenses only boiling water, can save around 500 litres of water annually. By boiling only the amount of water you actually need, you avoid wasting boiled water that goes unused.

Water savings are a key and distinctive feature of the Quooker system, and something we’re proud of at Quooker. At a time when sustainable water consumption is becoming increasingly important, we value the contribution our products make to this.

In addition to making water-efficient products, we aim to contribute to better access to clean drinking water worldwide. Since 2015, we’ve been running the ‘litre for a litre’ campaign: for every litre of water our users can save, we donate a litre of clean drinking water to people in areas where there is limited access to it. We run this campaign in partnership with Made Blue, and it has now provided more than three billion litres of water donated.

Our goals and actions

In 2025, we will introduce the online Sustainability Check across our international markets This allows people to calculate how much water they can save with a Quooker system. We also place a strong emphasis on research

and product development. For example, we’re looking into whether we can reduce the amount of water dispensed by our Quooker systems without affecting the user experience. We see all kinds of possibilities for this, also when considering different uses. For example,

you don’t need a strong jet of water to wash your hands. Research on the optimal water flow is ongoing. It’s quite possible that the results will lead to some product adjustments.

Climate Action

For many of our daily activities – cooking, heating our homes and driving cars – we rely on fossil fuels, releasing CO 2 . It’s crucial that we reduce that impact. Fast. At Quooker, we contribute to this by making products that can reduce household energy consumption and, consequently, CO 2 emissions.

Where are we today?

As a company, we also emit CO 2 Every year, we calculate the CO 2 emissions from our activities, broken down into three scopes, according to the GHG protocol.

Scope 1 concerns direct emissions from our owned sources. For example, through our transport and the gas consumption of our buildings. Scope 2 concerns indirect emissions from purchased energy, such as for office lighting. Scope 3 concerns indirect emissions from activities in our value chain that we indirectly influence. What stands out to us is that our biggest impact lies in Scope 3, with CO 2 emissions resulting from the production and use of

our products. We calculate this impact based on a product’s expected lifespan , which we set at 10 years .

Currently, an average Dutch household can save around 500 kWh per year with a Quooker COMBI . That corresponds to a reduction of 250 kg of CO 2 . This saving is possible because dispensing hot water from a Quooker results in minimal heat loss compared to using a centralheating boiler. With a Quooker system, you heat water directly in the kitchen, drawing it straight from the heat source rather than from a central-heating cylinder. As a result, a Quooker system minimises heat and therefore energy loss In addition, you can save energy with a Quooker system by dispensing exactly the right amount of water, whereas with a kettle, you’re bound to boil more than you need. In fact, when the electricity consumed comes from renewable sources, CO 2 emissions from using a Quooker system are minimal.

Quooker minimises its impact on climate change by investing in sustainable, innovative solutions. Our ambition

While reducing our own emissions is our top priority, we recognise that some impact will always remain. Therefore, we offset the remaining Scope 1 and 2 emissions, as well as those emissions resulting from business travel and employee commuting. For example, we contribute to initiatives such as the Safe Water Project , which provides schools in Nigeria and Kenya with access to clean drinking water. This involves deploying reliable water treatment technologies and working with installation, maintenance and repair services.

In the meantime, we continue to measure and reduce the environmental impact of our products. We do this through Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs), which provide insight into the ecological impact of our products, from raw material extraction to end-of-life. Based on the insights we gain, we adjust our designs where feasible to

further reduce impact. Those interested in learning more about the environmental performance of our products can consult our EPDs (Environmental Product Declarations), available on platforms such as Milieu Relevante Product Informatie (in Dutch) and Eco-platform.org

In our office, we are also mindful of our CO 2 emissions and make adjustments where possible. For example, we generate much of the energy we consume using our own solar panels . Wherever possible, we purchase renewable electricity and eliminate gas consumption.

To minimise emissions from business travel, we’re in the process of renewing our vehicle fleet. By the end of 2028, we aim for all our vehicles to be fully electric. In England, we took an extra step by working with ‘walking engineers’. These engineers travel to their customers on foot or by

public transport, greatly reducing the impact of our business travel.

We have introduced a travel policy for employees who need to travel abroad for work. This policy discourages flying and promotes alternatives, such as rail travel. 15 electric vans on the road

87% of our total energy consumption was 100% renewable

Sustainability is a constant factor in all our decisions regarding building management and our fleet.

Gert-Jan

van der Lugt Manager Facilities

Our goals and actions

In the coming years, we will focus on Scope 3, where we can achieve the most gains. We have set ambitious reduction targets in line with the Paris Agreement. Our priority is reducing the energy consumption of our systems. We aim to kill two birds with one stone: reduce CO 2 emissions and save costs for our customers.

We source raw materials and parts both locally and internationally to manufacture our Quooker systems. We want our suppliers to do their part in reducing their

CO 2 emissions as well . We aim to work more closely with them. By supporting them, for example by choosing more sustainable materials, we can make a difference together

We’re also making improvements in our operations. We’re in the process of replacing our vehicle fleet, with significant steps already taken. We have a clear goal in mind: by 2028, our entire fleet should be fully electric The same goes for the energy supply to our offices. In the near future, we will run entirely on renewable energy

Lifespan & Circularity

‘Quooker develops high-quality, longlasting products, created in a circular value chain.’

At Quooker, we want to contribute to a circular economy. This means we design products that have a long lifespan and can be repaired. We strive to use as few new raw materials as possible and look for ways to reduce our CO 2 emissions.

Where are we today?

Our Research & Development department plays a vital role in this story. In this department, more than 60 people work with dedication to improve our products.

A circularity tool was launched in 2024 to help our designers make our products more sustainable in the years to come.

To extend the lifespan of our products, it’s important that they are repairable. We’re proud to have made considerable

progress in that area. One of the ways we have achieved this is by developing a repair tool for our Fusion taps. These types of tools help extend the lifespan of taps: they can be repaired rather than recycled.

When replacing a tank is unavoidable, our Swap service provides a circular solution. The customer receives a refurbished tank to replace the old one. We take the old tank back, refurbish it, and reuse it as a Swap tank.

4,611 refurbished SWAP tanks sold

Our ambition
Every return is an opportunity to improve our Quooker systems, making them even better and more sustainable.

We thoroughly examine the products we receive. What went wrong, how can we repair them, and what can we learn to prevent future problems? Our Quality & Return Team plays a key role here. If we can’t repair the product, we recycle its parts in accordance with the WEEE (Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment) guidelines. That way, we are continuously improving our products and processes.

With the CUBE, we help our customers reduce waste even further. The CUBE is a chilled-water tank, allowing you to expand your Quooker system to also dispense chilled and sparkling water directly from your tap. It’s an invention that eliminates the need for plastic bottles.

330 plastic bottles/year can be saved with a CUBE

To strengthen the fight against plastic pollution, we support organisations like the Plastic Soup Foundation . We also engage with the local environment in the countries where Quooker operates. We have organised several clean-ups this year from our international offices. For example, our team helped clean up a beach within a nature reserve in the United Arab Emirates. Together with

Companies for Good, we collected more than 80 kg of plastic there. In Belgium, our team got to work in the forested area near our office. After a whole day of litter picking, we left the forest much cleaner.

Ahmed Abbas Quality Control Employee

Our goals and actions

To extend the lifespan of our products, we remain committed to encouraging repairs. We like it when our customers can do simple repairs themselves, without requiring assistance from a service engineer. This is often quicker and avoids the environmental impact of transportation. By posting more and more repair videos on our website as part of our self-service tool, we aim to encourage self-repair

We recently launched an important project: mapping the circularity of our products. Every product in our range is given a circularity score. Those scores reveal the areas where improvement is needed. This will help us design and manufacture our products in a more circular way. Through this approach, our focus will be on reusing parts and increasing the use of recycled materials

To further support our design teams, we plan to organise ‘Design for repair’ workshops in the coming years. These workshops will focus on designing products that are easy to repair, both by us and by users.

Care for People

Quooker creates sustainable products with a focus on people’s wellbeing.
At Quooker, we care about the planet and the people who live on it. We hope to enhance our customers’ everyday lives with our products. At the same time, we are actively committed to the wellbeing of our employees and everyone working in the chain.

Where are we today?

A Quooker system adds convenience to the kitchen. This is the main reason why most of our customers choose our product. Safety in the kitchen is equally important. After all, it’s still boiling water. Our products are designed with care and attention, with features such as

a childproof push-and-turn button, a controlled water spray and an insulated spout. Thanks to these innovations, the risk of burns from a Quooker tap is minimal. Research by the Dutch Burns Foundation in 2020 shows that the risk of burns from a boiling-water tap is lower than with traditional kettles.

Clean drinking water from the tap is essential for your health. That’s why our tank contains a HiTAC® (High Temperature Activated Carbon) water filter. It removes impurities such as chlorine, bacteria and pesticides from the water, while also enhancing its taste.

The road to a new

60 Net Promoter Score Our ambition

It’s important to us that our customers can count on good service. Our corporate sales team is always ready to respond to calls and emails. Meanwhile, our mechanics drive across the country to carry out repairs at customers’ homes. We’re continually working to improve the speed and quality of our customer service.

At Quooker, we take pride in our corporate culture. We consciously place great emphasis on this because we believe a healthy, pleasant and inspiring working environment is essential in achieving a strong performance. We warmly welcome everyone who joins our team. We hire many new colleagues and prioritise open and honest conversations from the very beginning. Offering transparency about what new colleagues can expect from us is at the very core of the process. We value diversity in age, experience,

background and gender. Everyone is welcome here.

Our aim is for our employee base to reflect society and to align with the international nature of our company. We will be putting more emphasis on this in the coming years. We aim for a more balanced distribution of men and women across different teams and positions.

The vitality of our employees is a very important topic to us. Since 2020, we have had our own Vitality Calendar packed with activities such as weekly boot camps, yoga, boxing and bike rides. These activities keep us fit and strengthen the bond between us. We also have a gym , where employees can enjoy a good workout before, during or after their working day. We encourage our employees to make healthy choices in a variety of ways. We encourage them to cycle to work. We contribute towards the cost of a new bike through our Bike Scheme. Healthy choices are also at the heart of our cafeterias, where employees can enjoy fresh fruit and nutritious meals . To further support our employees’ wellbeing, we’ve introduced flexible working hours . This helps them achieve a better work-life balance.

A healthy and vital work environment also means focusing on sustainable employability. In 2024, absenteeism rose to 4.95%, up 1% from 2023. At the same time, absenteeism frequency decreased by 6%, from 1.47 to 1.37. To monitor and promote our employees’ health, we offer a Preventive Medical Examination (PME) every three years This gives employees insight into their health and offers them the opportunity to actively work on it. In 2024, 39% of our employees decided to seize that opportunity.

110 people facing barriers to the labour market contributed in assembling our products Over

135 wellbeing activities organised*

149 employees attended training sessions or courses*

65 new employees

Being a good employer also means supporting personal development – our people make the difference. In 2024, we’re more committed than ever to supporting employee development. We offer our own training calendar, featuring a wide range of training courses designed to strengthen personal skills. Any employee can apply for the training courses on offer. We also launched development programmes for different target groups and invested in individual training programmes.

In addition to health, wellbeing and development, we value a positive and social working environment . Having fun, unwinding and blowing off steam is what brings us together. So, we regularly organise company outings, team events and Friday afternoon drinks We also hold quarterly meetings to keep employees involved and informed about everything that is going on within the company.

A safe working environment is just as important. That’s why we pay close attention to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) We encourage a culture where employees recognise and report unsafe situations. By recording incidents , we can better identify risks and implement improvements. We’re also committed to raising awareness, so everyone actively contributes to a safe working environment. One way we do this is through safety

training and communication We also conduct regular safety rounds , where we identify and discuss risks together.

Alongside physical safety, we place great importance on social safety. In 2024, there were three reports of socially unsafe situations. That’s three too many. Our ambition is to reduce this number to zero — and keep it there. We have a confidential counsellor available for employees who need to talk, whether it’s about work or a personal matter. Employees experiencing financial stress can also get support through our budget coach. That’s how we ensure everyone gets the help they need.

To assess whether all our efforts are effective, we regularly ask our employees to provide feedback. In 2023, we carried out an Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) . The survey provided valuable insights that we can use to improve employee wellbeing. When we see opportunities, we take action.

Employer Value Proposition

Just like the Quooker system in the kitchen, our employees are at the heart of everything we do. We strive to offer a pleasant, inclusive working environment that allows room for personal input and development. We work hard every day to deliver on this promise because we believe that by building your own future, you are also helping to build Quooker’s. You make Quooker.

The strength of our organisation lies in our people.

Our goals and actions

Our strong and welcoming corporate culture is very dear to us. Despite the rapid growth of our company, we aim not only to maintain that culture but

also to strengthen it. Therefore, last year we organised an e-learning course on Respectful Collaboration for all our employees. We believe it’s essential to provide a safe space where everyone can be themselves.

We continue to pay constant attention to this, for example by offering training courses on assertiveness and integrating that topic into our leadership programmes. In addition, the e-learning course on Respectful Collaboration has become a regular part of the onboarding process for new employees.

We have a clear ambition for the coming years: to further reduce both absenteeism and its frequency, aiming for an absenteeism rate below 4% and an absenteeism frequency of 1.2 by 2026. Therefore, we remain committed to vitality and development through initiatives such as our Vitality Calendar, sports facilities and healthy food options.

In addition, we recognise the increasing importance of mental fitness and resilience That is why we’re expanding our efforts to place greater emphasis on stress management, relaxation and mental support. By applying an integrated approach, we ensure employees feel well both physically and mentally. In order to closely monitor and better understand how our employees feel, we will launch an annual small-scale Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) starting in 2025. We hope it will provide us with insights into our employees’ wants, needs and concerns, enabling us to take appropriate action. The ultimate goal is to create a healthy, motivated workforce and reduce absenteeism.

Isabel Salomons HR Director

Our ambition is to give people a tailor-made workplace that helps them use and develop their talents. At Confed, we have been doing this for 25 years.

Together with Confed, a sheltered workshop, we provide job opportunities for people facing barriers to the labour market. After all, we also aim to make a positive impact beyond the walls of our business premises. We are committed not only to the wellbeing of our own employees, but also to that of everyone in our value chain.

This is why we have created the ‘Quooker Way of Working’ (QWOW) for our suppliers, a document that sets out our standards and values for treating one another and the environment responsibly. Our goal is to grow responsibly together and make a positive impact.

The road to a new building

The road to a new building

At Quooker, we strongly believe in the power of working together. Office workers who walk straight into the factory, departments working side by side, and employees who freely knock on each other’s doors: we are convinced that all of that benefits both our products and our people.

Due to the meteoric growth of our company, we have not been able to keep all functions under one roof We simply outgrew the space we had. We had to rent a warehouse at Rotterdam’s Heijplaat to store our stock. We also moved production to a rental property in Ridderkerk.

Creating a beautiful and pleasant building that people come to love and care for is probably the most important aspect of sustainable construction.

When the opportunity arose to purchase a plot of land at Nieuw Reijerwaard industrial estate, on the border of Ridderkerk and Barendrecht, we seized it with both hands. This not only offers us room to grow further, but also allows us to develop a new, compact and innovative business premises, taking a significant step towards sustainability in the process. The desire to build in an energyneutral, climate-adaptive and nature-inclusive way is the guiding principle behind the design of the new building. It’s designed to have the least possible impact on the environment while contributing to employee health and wellbeing.

Sustainability is at the heart of the new building’s design. For example, water butts will be installed on the roof and around the building to collect rainwater. This water will be used to irrigate plants and flush toilets, among other things. Not only will this reduces strain on the drainage system, but it will also reduce drinking water consumption.

We’re also installing solar panels on the roof, enabling us to generate our own energy. To heat and cool the building sustainably, we’re installing a well water pump that extracts heat and cold from the ground at a depth of over 200 metres.

The new building is to be a place where our employees feel good. We believe that a pleasant working environment helps you perform at your best. For that reason, the wellbeing of our people is at the heart of the design. The decision to invest in aesthetics was also made with sustainability in mind. The core of the building will be green: an atrium filled with living plants and trees, offering a pleasant working environment, great views, and plenty of connection between departments. Moreover, it positively impacts the indoor climate. There will also be a roof garden where employees can have their lunch and pick fresh herbs for tea.
