LEARNING EPISODE 9 Creating My Classroom/Remote Learning Management Plan My Learning Artifacts Paste your classroom/remote management Plan Philosophical Statement A clean, neat, safe, and well-ventilated classroom that will satisfy my student's eagerness to go to school to learn and be acknowledged as an individual with unique talent and capable of something. They will be able to share opinions and ideas without being judged, and belongingness is present around each and every corner of my classroom. I will ensure to let my students filter those applicable knowledge whenever they are struggling on something or even if it is not. Classroom Rules and Procedures 1. Once the bell rings then it's time to go inside the classroom and participate in class. 2. Late is late and absent is absent. Make sure to go to the class on time. 3. Raising hands for concerns and queries. To foster respect and a good attitude. 4. Passing of work properly. There is an order to follow the right system in passing assignments or activities. 5. Use the Restroom before and after the class. Do not interrupt the discussion. 6. Keep the classroom clean. Set of cleaners every week are responsible to exercise cleanliness and a safe classroom. Teacher-Student Relationship I'll make sure to have equal treatment to my students inside and outside the learning environment. There are four ways on how my students feel my deep concern about their emotions but not forgetting our gap: 1. 5 minutes for you. This remaining minutes will help them spend it for sharing, talking to their seatmates, personal grooming, refresh their minds or preparing for the next class. 2. Feedback hour. As a future teacher, I'll spend 1 hour of my time to talk about their progress, once a performance task or a summative test ends. I will use different ways to give each and every student a positive feedback that will surely help them feel noticed and motivated. 3. A smile will do. Before starting my class, I will let my future students to show me their pretty smiles and prepare a joke if my students feel stressed and overloaded. It would be a simple one but has a great impact on our body and mood transitions.
