Approach
Valuation
We will attend your property and conduct a thorough expert valuation and give honest, transparent advice on its value. Our staff have over 20 years’ experience and, on average, we achieve over 98% of the asking price.
Fee structure
Rent Collection: 10% + VAT
Management Only: 6% + VAT
Rent Collection and Full Management: 16% + VAT
Short Term Rentals: 25% + VAT
Administration Fee for Landlords: £250 + VAT
Marketing your property
Online Marketing via our data rich global CRM system which publishes your property on our website, Rightmove, Lonres and more. We can also advertise your property through our other channels such as direct mail, our monthly newsletter, social media and of course, The Quintessentially Network.
Referencing
We conduct a thorough referencing process in order to make sure that the right tenants reside in your property.
After care management
Our Property Management service for landlords offers a bespoke approach that will attend to your tenants needs and ensure your biggest asset is always looked after. Tenancy length
On average the tenants that we source renew 85% of the time. Ultimately, the longer the tenancy, the more stable the investment is for you. Our range of landlord services helps you find reliable tenants and keep them happy throughout their tenancy.
