How to Reclassify website or URL in Trend Micro Site

If you feel your website has wrong rating or classified incorrectly by the Trend Micro can visit Site Safety Center to get your site reclassified. It lets you to verify the categories of a website or rating and request for reclassification through feedback link.

How to send a request for reclassification: • First of all open Trend Micro Site Safety Center.

• Now enter the URL or website which needs to be reclassified.

And then click Check Now.

Click on Reclassify Request.

Select the Safety Rating.

Choose Safe if it is mistakenly rated as unsafe.

Select Dangerous if the site is malicious.

• Pick the category: Perform the following steps to recommend a different category if you think that the site is mistakenly classified.

• Click Select after selecting the ‘Suggest a different category’.

Verify the request after checking your inbox.
