We’ve established a streamline process to assist you in your decision if Quince is the best place for your special day.

1. Initially we ask you to review the following options of pricing, spaces and packages. We’ve attempted to make this concise and clear for a quick and educated evaluation.

2. At the end, you will be prompted to go to a short form to advise us of your interests for your event, based on our offerings.

3. Your assigned Event Concierge will immediately analyze your selections and call you promptly to discuss.

4. Lastly, your concierge will guide you through our customized process to assist you in creating a unique Quince event with the goal of you and your guests remembering it for a lifetime.

Pricing of spaces vary according to the time and day of the week.

Cocktail Hors d´Oeuvres

Tray passed service brings a warm hospitablefeeltoanycateredevent.

• Servers circulate with delicious bite sized portions of your carefully selected creations, while your guests circulate and enjoy your favorite Quinceterraces.

Food Stations

• A food station is a great option. Similartoabuffet,exceptitenables guests to serve themselves while interactingwitheachother.

• The display will remain full and vibrant. This option helps guests roamyoureventwithplentyoffood and drink supplementing the ease ofguestinteractions.

Active Station

• Our chefs love to show off their skills. Actionstationsprovidesomeofthebest ofourcuisinehotoffthegrill.Ourchefs andcooksinteractwithyourguestsand help them select their options of toppings,temperature,etc.

• The action station is conducive to most cuisines, but some favorites are the Nikkeisushi,gourmettacos&rawbars.

Buffet Station Family-Style

•Custom designed menus and table designed are used to accentuate your theme. We use beautiful linens, floral votives, elaborate lighting and other accentsforyourmemorabledisplay.

Plated Dinner

•Formal and elegant, the plated meal is a traditionalservingstyle.

•Plated service occurs on a pre-set timeline, which helps ensure that your eventstaysonschedule.

•Individual meals ensure guests with special diet concerns feel completely attendedto.

Chef Gonzalo has created a unique menu exclusively for Quince events. This menu has only impressed the many event guests we’ve feed and entertained over the past five years.

Please review the following and make the initial selections that you believe is ideal for your event.

The Chef is pleased to also provide custom menus adaptable to food allergy or special preferences. These will be quoted separately and price may vary from our Dossier packages.

The itemized options in the packages are fixed for the pricing offered in this Dossier. For special requests, pricing is likely to be changed based on the request.

Ultra-Premium Quince Experiences

❖ Agave Tasting: An assortment of the best tequilas and mezcals with a tequila master explaining the flavor nuances to guests as they enjoy. Prices are 25% discounted from Quince restaurant bottle price. At end of the night, you can take the remaining opened bottles home.

❖ Slackliner: You can have the #1 ranked slackliner (like a tightrope) in Mexico performing on a line over Quince. See our Instagram for videos. $5,400 mxn

❖ Percussionist: Our amazing party percussionist is always a hit. He plays alongside the DJ to increase the vibe of the party and get people standing up and dancing to the beat of the drum and music. $9,000 mxn

❖ Fireworks: Cold fireworks sparking around Quince during that special moment,is that wow factor that will remain not only in your videos and photos but in your memories for a lifetime. $450 mxn per sparkler.

❖ Mariachi: Only available if you take all of East Side or West Side of Quince. Price depends on how long and which level of Mariachi you choose.

25% service fee goes to reward your event team and hard working service staff.

The Bar

Quince´s culinary team is lead by our Executive chef Gonzalo Martinez, originally from San Miguel deAllende and who was an exec chef at the famousRainbowRoominNYC.

Heisthereformostevents, beginning to end, customizing dishes and creating memorable bites and dishes foryouandyourguests.

Quince´s mixology is ranked Top #10 in México, our head mixologist RodrigoVidales,wasrecentlyawarded with first place in the World Class mixologycompetitionofMexic0.

He and his team, will create cocktails from the most unexpected combinations delighting your palate andeveryone’sspirit.

The Salon

Ourfriendlyandcaringstaffwillpamper your guests and make sure everything runs smoothly throughout your special timeatQuince.Hostesseswillreceiveall with a smile. Manager, captains, waiters and bussers will keep them satisfied, withaconstantgoalof noguestneeding toraiseahandforassistance.

Finalizing Your Event

To Reserve & Confirm Your Event

An Agreed Upon & Executed Agreement.

50% Payment for Food, Beverage and Service.

90 Days Before

Second 50% Payment of Anticipated Food, Beverage and Service.

30 Days Before

Provide the anticipated final guest count.

Cost of additional Food and Beverage increases (if exists), including 3rd party rentals or décor.

7 Days Prior

Cost of unexpected additions to the Guest List based on Final/Final guest count, the menu additions etc.

Place a 10% fully refundable security deposit for damages.

All payments are non-refundable unless Quince cancels the cvent.

Only wire transfer or cash accepted. Sorry, no credit cards.

Schedule of Planning & Definitives

After finalizing the booking, we start discussions to finalize menus for food and beverage.

Tastings for two guests will be scheduled and preferably before Formal Planning Session.

A Formal Planning Session is ideally 90 days prior to the event with the goal of determining the layout, style & decor, menus, service options and additional requests and expectations for the event.

The Final Planning Session is ideally two weeks prior to the event with goal to finalize all details, including

❖ A Final/Final guest count is due no later than 7 days prior to the date of the event.

❖ Guests in excess of the Final/Final guest count on the day of the event will be charged a 25% fee to accommodate.
