We encompass a systematic, proven sales strategy that includes complete market exposure, phased price increases and a flexible approach to GDV maximisation; allowing your site to achieve the best results. From our offices in London and Dubai we manage a total inhouse sales team of 50 members of staff, highly trained in property investment sales. Combined with our global network of selling partners; Investment Companies, Wealth Managers, IFA’s and more, we are able to sell in excess of 100 units per month. Our distribution platform is operational in over 20 countries worldwide and all sales are made to pre-qualified, seasoned investors.

With multiple sales structures available we can operate from a discreet level - delivering volume sales totally off-market, to a full online launch. Our online marketing package includes; all major property portal listings, social media campaigns, press coverage, seminars, open house events, PPC advertising and much more.

We have an established network and database of clients looking for land and property. Unlike traditional Estate Agents, we offer a very simple & effective method for selling property and land. A simple 28 day instruction.

28 Day initial instruction - Unlike lengthy, onerous sales agreements, we keep it simple & efficient. If you are not happy with our performance, the agreement is terminated.

Live instruction cap - unlike other agents, we focus on quality over quantity. We limit our block and land sales launches to two per week, meaning you have a dedicated slot where all the team’s energy is focused solely on selling for you.

Off-market sales - We mostly operate off-market and directly with our closed network of buyers, we do not share instructions with brokers, nor do we rely on online portals.
