As a manufacturing solution provider for batch plants in glass industry 4.0

The strategic partnerships with EPC contractors like Falorni Tech have been providing us the opportunity to bid among best-in-class solution providers in the sector and to gain a significant market share, having already delivered successful projects on either brown or greenfield basis to multinational glass manufacturers.

A project milestone sealing the aforementioned partnership with the Italian Engineering Contractor is the one at Gulf Glass Factory (GGF) in Qatar. A high-end mixing plant for container glass production of 440 tonnes per day. Falorni tech is the EPC contractor of the whole project while Acmon systems is the one ensures the optimal batch and cullet distribution for two furnaces.

Acmon systems is responsible for the entire process engineering of the batch plant which includes but is not limited to: batch house, cullet returns both internal and external, mixers, silos for raw material storage, building architectural layout and metallic scaffold study, equipment detail engineering, manufacturing, erection and installation supervision, commissioning, and project hand over. The project will be delivered fully automated securing 24/7 of trouble-free operation yet with direct connection to ERP systems and business intelligence layers. Post sales services like training, spare parts for two- and five-years operation are also including to Acmon’s scope of supply.
