FOCUS services are available for active duty service members and their family or partner via the virtual TeleFOCUS program, allowing families and couples to meet with a FOCUS Provider through video teleconference. We have also begun to reoffer our services by appointment in our local office if you prefer in person sessions. FOCUS sessions allow families and couples to build their own story about military life experiences. The March Group Exercise schedule will feature a new class on Wednesdays at 11:30 AM: “Insanity and More”! This class is a great high intensity class similar to the Insanity video classes that have been around for many years now. This live version will include total-body conditioning, cardio moves for anaerobic endurance, plyometrics for power, bodyweight strength moves, agility drills, and core strength. There will be more added with fun equipment! Great for all levels and abilities.
