• Create functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces and construction/permit documents tailored to the specific needs of government agencies and departments, including GSA-managed properties in Revit.

• Ensure designs adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, including ADA security, historic preservation, and sustainability standards (LEED certification) for GSA and other government projects.

• Lead the office transition from AutoCAD to Revit. Including creating the Revit standards for the office.
