Day 1 (Sunday, March 8, 2026) – Arrival and Check-In. Welcome to Bali! Upon arrival in Ubud, you will be warmly greeted by our local guides and transferred to the Komaneka Resort. As you settle in, enjoy a traditional Balinese welcome drink and take in the serene surroundings of this cultural heart of Bali, known for its lush rice terraces, sacred temples, vibrant art scene, and peaceful jungle atmosphere.
6:00 – 7:00 pm | Welcome Reception
You will gather for a relaxed meet-and-greet with your hosts and fellow travellers, marking the beginning of your wellness journey. Following the reception, enjoy dinner at your leisure at the hotel or explore one of Ubud’s charming nearby cafés and restaurants, many offering locally inspired cuisine in tranquil garden settings.
Day 2 (Monday, March 9, 2026) – Yoga with Brenda. You’ll begin the day with a gentle yoga session suitable for all experience levels, offering time to stretch, unwind, and reconnect with your body after travel. If you prefer a slower morning, you may choose to rest and soak in the tranquil sounds of the surrounding jungle from the privacy of your spacious balcony.

Hidden Communication – Why People Hear What We Don’t Say
You will take part in an engaging and insightful workshop exploring the unspoken dynamics of communication and how they shape the way messages are interpreted.
12:00 pm | Guided Stroll on Campuhan Ridge
You will be transported to the top of this scenic trail and guided on a leisurely walk along Campuhan Ridge, where sweeping views of lush greenery, traditional Balinese villages, and charming sidewalk cafés await. Along the way, you’ll have time to pause and enjoy refreshments at select spots overlooking the rice paddies.
2:30 pm | Spa Visit
Indulge in your first traditional Balinese massage at one of the island’s most special spa locations. It’s an experience that may quickly become your favourite Bali ritual.
4:30 pm | Welcome Dinner at Café Wayan
You will enjoy signature Balinese cuisine in a lush, scenic setting, marking a memorable and delicious introduction to the culinary experiences of the retreat. Meals Included: Breakfast, Dinner.
Day 3 (Tuesday, March 10, 2026)
7:00 am | Morning Yoga & Stretch with Brenda
You ease into the day with a gentle yoga and stretching session, helping you feel grounded and energised for the experiences ahead.

9:00 am | Session 2 with the Glasers Power Listening
You will explore the art of deep, intentional listening and learn tools to strengthen connection, clarity, and understanding in every conversation.
11:00 am | Depart for a Day of Art & Culture
You will set off with your guides to visit traditional villages where Batik and silk fabrics are still created by hand using ancient techniques passed down through generations. You’ll have time to browse local workshops and purchase these beautiful textiles, they are perfect for temple attire such as sarongs and tops, as well as meaningful souvenirs. You will then continue on to a village renowned for its handcrafted silver, where you’ll witness first-hand how intricate jewellery is meticulously formed using time-honoured methods. This is yet another fascinating opportunity to gather unique gifts. If time permits, we will add an additional stop where you may also visit the island’s finest woodworking centre, offering a further glimpse into Bali’s exceptional artistry and craftsmanship. You may choose to enjoy an optional dinner at Zest, Ubud’s celebrated plant-based restaurant, or return to the hotel to unwind and dine at the resort’s wonderful restaurant. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch.
Day 4 (Wednesday, March 11, 2026) – You will depart early this morning to experience Tirta Empul, one of Bali’s most sacred water temples, before the crowds arrive. Temple life is central to the Balinese Hindu way of living, and here you will take part in a traditional offering ceremony to express gratitude to the holy guardians of this sacred site. You will then enter the holy water fountains, moving prayerfully through each of the 14 spouts as you offer thanks and receive blessings. A deeply moving and spiritual experience. Following your purification ritual, your guide will lead a brief tour of the temple grounds, sharing insight into its history and the rich customs of Balinese worship. You will then continue on to the ancient Elephant Caves, where you will explore the early history of the first Hindus to arrive on the island, set within a lush and atmospheric tropical landscape. Later, you will visit one of the island’s coffee plantations, where you’ll observe the traditional roasting process and sample locally grown coffees. Have you heard of the famous “Catpoochino”?
Evening Dining | Café Lotus
You will conclude the day with dinner at Café Lotus, one of Ubud’s true gems, offering exceptional cuisine in a beautiful setting overlooking tranquil lotus ponds and a historic temple backdrop. Meals Included: Breakfast, Dinner.
Day 5 (Thursday, March 12, 2026)

You begin the day with an energizing yet gentle yoga session led by Brenda, designed to awaken your body, centre your mind, and prepare you for a day of reflection and connection.

Navigating Tough Conversations
You will explore practical tools and insights for handling challenging conversations with confidence, clarity, and compassion, strengthening both personal and professional relationships.
Afternoon | Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary and Bambu Indah Soaking Pools
First, The Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, a lush jungle complex where hundreds of free-roaming longtailed macaques live among towering banyan trees, moss-covered statues, and ancient Balinese Hindu shrines. It feels both playful and mystical as monkeys swing overhead and you wander the shaded stone trails, a symbol of the harmony between humans, nature, and the spiritual world. Next, you’ll discover one of Ubud’s best-kept secrets: the idyllic soaking pools of Bambu Indah. Nestled along the serene Warung River, this magical sanctuary invites you to soak, explore, and truly unwind. Relax in one of the charming riverside huts, order refreshing drinks and delicious food, and let time slow as you take in the lush, extraordinary scenery. Words can hardly capture the peaceful beauty and restorative energy of this remarkable place. Meals Included: Breakfast.
Day 6 (Friday, March 13, 2026)

Your morning begins with Brenda's signature guided flow, designed to gently energize your body and establish a clear mental focus for the day.

9:30 am | Depart for Besakih Temple, the “Mother Temple” of Bali
Situated at the base of Mount Agung, this is the largest and most sacred temple complex on the island, comprised of 23 temples and offering breathtaking panoramic views. We will don our temple sarongs and enjoy the rare opportunity to participate in a ceremony with the high priest, a special privilege typically reserved for the Balinese people. Take time to wander, explore, and soak in the spiritual beauty of this extraordinary site. After ample time to explore (and capture countless photos), we will enjoy lunch overlooking one of Bali’s most scenic terraced rice fields.
Afternoon and Evening at your leisure
You may choose to be taken into Ubud to explore the famed Ubud Market, or simply unwind with a relaxing massage at the hotel. Dinner will be at your leisure this evening.

Day 7 (Saturday, March 14, 2026) – On to Nusa Dua

A change of scenery awaits as we journey to Nusa Dua, which offers a completely different vibe, where warm sandy beaches and the soothing sounds of the Indian Ocean create the perfect setting for rest and relaxation.

Day 8 (Sunday, March 15, 2026)

Day 9 (Monday, March 16, 2026)
2:00 pm | Depart for Tanah Lot
A renowned sea temple dramatically situated on a large offshore rock formation, Tanah Lot dates back to the 15th century and is dedicated to the sea gods. We will wear our temple attire and once again enjoy the rare opportunity to participate in a special ceremony with the high temple priests. Hopefully you’ll catch the breathtaking beauty of the sunset over the Indian Ocean as waves crash below this iconic site.
Farewell Dinner at Bumbu Bali
Following our visit, we gather for a memorable farewell dinner at Bumbu Bali, it’s the perfect ending to a truly magical journey. Savour rich flavours and a variety of traditional offerings, mirroring the depth and diversity of our experience together. Enjoy sharing photos, laughter, and cherished memories with your fellow travellers as we celebrate the journey we’ve shared. Meals Included: Breakfast, Dinner.
Day 10 (Tuesday, March 17, 2026) – Day at Leisure. Enjoy the Resort at Your Own Pace
Make the most of your last day with a variety of relaxing and adventurous options. You may choose to join a snorkeling trip, spend time shopping, borrow a resort bicycle and cruise along the scenic bike path, or simply settle in for a sun-soaked day on the beach. This is your time to unwind, explore, and enjoy the resort exactly as you wish. Meals Included: Breakfast
Day 11 (Wednesday, March 18, 2026) – Check out and Departure.
Enjoy a relaxed final morning at your own pace before the afternoon departure to the airport, bringing your beautiful journey with us to a close. Meals Included: Breakfast

A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is due at the time of reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the start of the tour.
