How do I dist ribut e my market ing wit hout wrecking my brand? Salespeople, resellers, franchisors, field marketers, event coordinators? they all create and modify your brand?s marketing materials every day. There?s just one problem though: they aren?t designers. But they?re making and sharing content, and a lot of it. Because they aren?t trained designers, the wrong fonts, off-brand colors, and stretched-out logos all find their way into the content, and your brand takes a hit. That?s where Lucidpress comes in. It?s an easy-to-use design solution that comes equipped with guardrails to keep your brand consistent, wherever it goes.

Templat e locking keeps your brand consist ent and st reamlines t he creat ion of beaut iful cont ent .

FIELD AGENTS & FREELANCERS have access to marketing materials anywhere, anytime. DESIGNERS spend their time on the technical tasks they're trained for, not little tweaks. MARKETERS skip the design bottleneck to act fast on campaigns. SALES REPS customize their own presentations from professionally-designed templates. BRAND MANAGERS always have a bird?s eye view of the state of the brand.

B RA D 'S M A N A G EM EN T TIPS

1-Wean in g lam bs on t o f r esh past u r es When weaning lambs onto fresh legume type pastures that are high in protein make sure they have grain available, it's also a good idea to run a small number of ewes with the lambs to educate them how to feed from feeders etc. Lambs should be allowed time to get a full gut of feed before they are put out onto the fresh paddocks. 2- Ew es at w ean in g At weaning you should take the ewes as far away as possible from the lambs, they should locked in a small paddock or a lane way with low quality feed and allowed time to dry up before they put out onto better pastures. 3- Con dit ion scor e of ew es at w ean in g. When you have finished weaning the lambs and they have had time to recover, you should be running them back through the draft to take off the ewes that are below 3 score in condition to give them the best feed available. All ewes should be treated with a long acting fly control ( if shear allows) to stop them getting flies over harvest.

H2OX is proud to release its first Water Market Outlook report summarising current water availability and projected usage for the 2017-18 season. Varied rainfall across the basin last week saw areas along the central Murray and Murrumbidgee catchments receive less than 10mm while the southern ranges received over 25mm which contributed to Dartmouth's volume increasing. The allocation market has been quiet across all zones with buyers reluctant at the current prices and awaiting updates to determinations. Warming conditions over the coming week may see demand increase. NSW Murray allocations increased by 1% to 30%. In addition, 124GL of the water borrowed from the Barmah-Millewa has been repaid. The improvements have been mainly from internal storage spills ie Victorian water carried over against the Spill-over Water Account. No changes to Murrumbidgee allocations. Allocations are unlikely to change until December unless inflows improve from the dry to very dry conditions. Victorian allocations have also been updated. in the Goulburn increased by 10%. Murray needs to pay off 64GL against the Barmah Forest account before inflows start contributing to next seasons allocations and potentially Low Reliability. A further 70GL of water held in Victorian Murray Spill-over Water Accounts has been lost since11 Septemberbringing the total to 92GL this season. Approximately half of this is anticipated to be environmental water. Adelaide is set to use its desalination plant to reduce demand on the Murray water by ~50GL. Read thearticle. TheMurrumbidgee IVT has decreased almost halved from last week to 28.3GL. The Goulburn IVT remains closed preventing allocation being traded into the Murray system. The negative balance has increased to 50GL. 113.6ML can be traded through the Barmah Choke at the time of writing.
