Winter: 72% Dark chocolate cocoa, with almonds and caramelised hazelnuts, raisins, diced orange candies, and pistachios.

Taste above all The crispy texture of the dark chocolate bars takes in the sweet and grilled nuances thanks to the caramelised dried fruits for the Winter bar, and a perfect equilibrium between the tangy taste of the red fruits, the bitterness of the chocolate and the caramelised almonds. The milk chocolate bar finds a perfect equilibrium between the softness of the milk chocolate and the great taste of caramelised almonds.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS 1/ Manufacturing of the chocolate: we have selected a 72% dark chocolate cocoa, and 45% milk chocolate cocoa, for these bars, in this way, all the cocoa aromas will combine harmoniously with the fruits.

2/ The selection of ingredients which will constitute the core of this crispy bar is of prime importance. Manufacture CLUIZEL has made the choice of noble ingredients which reveal for each, their own aromatic notes without any added aromas.

3/ Manufacturing of the bar: the chocolate is poured and the gourmand elements are delicately spread, which makes each bar beautiful and unique.
