Quail West’s magnificent Clubhouse is the centerpiece of our vibrant community, fulfilling all the lifestyle needs of our discerning membership in a transitionally elegant setting. An impressive entrance, surrounded by a cascading water feature set amongst lush tropical landscaping, sets the tone for what lies beyond the beautifully crafted doors under the expansive Porte Cochere.
As the Clubhouse has evolved over the years, the recent $34mm renovation has not only expanded the footprint of the two-story building to 100,000 sq. ft., but also preserved and enhanced the understated sophistication, while embracing the transition from the Country Club of a previous generation. Vibrant and welcoming, with polished wood features, contemporary artwork, and an abundance of designer finishes in neutral tones enhanced by swatches of color, the atmosphere immediately soothes and welcomes members of all ages, from all corners of the world.
The clubhouse also incorporates an expansive fitness and wellness building, newly designed Golf Professional Shop, and elaborate indoor and outdoor dining enhancements, plus a complete renovation of the culinary areas that serve all dining venues. The Club offers a brand new Racquet Sports complex, an indoor lagoon-style Junior Olympic-sized pool, a full-service salon and spa and a wealth of lifestyle enrichment amenities.

CYPRESS GRILLE BAR & PATIO
Casually elegant main dining room, casual outdoor waterfront patio and open air bar. An upscale dinner in the main dining room, a round of drinks and appetizers in our open air bar, or a special event in one of our private dining rooms; it offers a combination of modern luxury and casual charm.
Our largest and most impressive space, is where dreams become reality. With seating for up to 450 guests, any celebration meets and exceeds the imagination in this ultimately elegant venue. An extension of the Ballroom, the newly added Ballroom Terrace provides an amazing outdoor experience and spectacular sunset views to impress member’s guests.
MAHOGANY ROOM
This room brings together the style and flair of classic fine dining with a modern touch. Elegantly easy, and is Quail West’s elevated dining venue. Luxurious custom-made chandeliers and exquisite chairs fill the room. For a romantic evening, the Mahogany Room Terrace does not disappoint. Stunning sunset views underneath the magic of the golden terrace lights leave members feeling indulged and excited to return.
GATHERING ROOM & WINE BAR
The Gathering Room is truly a multifunctional space with a unique view overlooking our Natatorium pool complex. Boasting an oversized full-service bar and plenty of comfortable seats. GOVERNANCE
Quail West has one Board of Directors comprised of nine (9) elected members who govern the business affairs of the Foundation. The Professional Staff, led by our Chief Operating Officer, with input from our advisory committees, are responsible for the implementation of the strategic plan and managing the day-to-day operation of club facilities and community services.
It was a year full of COVID-related issues, as well as other external pressures that affected clubs like ours across the country. But we adapted, aggressively moved forward and kept our focus on our Quail West Mission….To be the preferred residential country club community and workplace in Southwest Florida. That mission encompasses all aspects of our community - financial, operational and lifestyle - and by most accepted standards.
