Any individual whose occupation is directly involved in financial planning and/or wealth management activities, or is an employee of a financial services, tax, or legal firm, but who does not meet the requirements for Advisory Membership, or chooses not to be listed in the AAAA Consumer Financial Planning Directory, shall be eligible for Affiliate Membership in AAAA.

The Financial Professional Development Program is a six-week course designed to help financial advisors develop the key strategies for growing their businesses and managing their clients.
The program is free for AAAA Members and covers various important topics, including Asset Management Strategies, Risk Management Strategies, Estate Planning & Trusts Strategies, Banking & Credit Strategies, Fundamentals in Communication, Prospecting & Leadership Training, and Advanced Business Planning Strategies for Experienced/Branded Financial Advisors.
100+ advisors participated in the FPD Program in 2023, a 1000% increase from the number of advisors that were touched in 2022.
The greatest challenge advisors face is business development. Through surveyes we found that Advisors lacked the skills to upscale their business.
The advisors typically lacked a strong network, i.e. Centers of Influence, Mentors, and business development partners like wholesalers
We observed a 23% average growth in Assets Under Management and a 25% growth in revenue YoY. The participant demographics showed men at 64% and women at 36%. Furthermore, 35% of these advisors were branded, while the majority, 65%, were RIA/ Independent Advisors. Participant' feedback has been overwhelmingly positive: we've successfully aided advisors in managing assets worth over $2 million, offered clear and direct guidance, and consistently provided unparalleled support.
