*A Yummy Future, Inc., is an organization designed "To Create Health-Conscious Youths" by informing, educating, and empowering our youths on the positive benefits of proper nutrition through Nutrition, Fitness, and Hands-On Cooking Classes.

• Preschool cooking Thyme This class is designed to introduce toddlers to the world of cooking in a way that's engaging and age-appropriate. Through a variety of fun activities, our little chefs will learn about kitchen safety, the importance of nutrition, basic food preparation techniques, and even how to create healthy snacks. We've found that this class is a fantastic way to introduce the concept of the five food groups and encourage adventurous eating among even the pickiest of eaters.

• Basic cooking for k ids & Teens In this class, students will be immersed in a hands-on learning experience that combines both a lecture-style environment and practical kitchen lab sessions. Our young chefs will gain valuable skills such as culinary terminology, various cooking techniques, and important aspects of kitchen and food safety. They will also explore kitchen math and learn about basic nutrition. The class covers a range of topics, including sautéing, simmering, stir-frying, and more. Prior experience is not required – all levels of skill are welcome!
