QNET Holi 2014 Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions 1. The QNET Holi 2014 promo is effective from Saturday, 1 March 2014, 00:01 HKST to Friday, 11 April 2014, 23:59 HKST. 2. The promo is open to all new and existing IRs under the QNET Compensation Plan 3. IRs who are non-renewed or who were not promoted over to the QNET Compensation Plan are not eligible to join the promo.

4. Eligible IRs must achieve the full Gold Star rank requirements within four (4) weeks and minimum two (2) NEW Gold Star Direct Referrals within six (6) weeks.

5. IRs must achieve ALL the Gold Star rank requirements within four (4) weeks starting from:  New IRs: From the date of registration, within the promo period.  Existing IRs: Four (4) weeks from the promo launch date  Saturday, 1 March 2014, 00:01 HKST – Friday, 11 April 2014, 23:59 HKST 6. IRs must have minimum two (2) new Gold Star Direct Referrals within six (6) weeks starting from:  New IRs: From the date of registration, within the promo period.  Existing IRs: From the promo launch date  Saturday, 1 March 2014, 00:01 HKST – Friday, 11 April 2014, 23:59 HKST 7. All new Gold Star Direct Referrals must achieve the full Gold Star rank requirements.

8. All new Gold Star Direct Referrals can be either new or existing unqualified IR. 9. Existing Qualified (or above) IRs must RE-ACHIEVE ALL the Gold Star rank requirements within the first 4 weeks of the promo period AND have minimum 2 NEW Direct Referrals who will also achieve the complete Gold Star rank requirements within 6 weeks. All new Gold Star Direct

Referrals can be either ‘New’ or existing ‘Registered Only IR.’ 10.

11. Should the new Gold Star Direct Referrals decide to participate in the Go for Gold Plus Promo, the same prerequisite requirements will be applied.

12. Incentives will only be awarded to participants who have FULLY achieved the promo requirements.

13. The incentives will be given only upon: a. Upon reaching the Gold Star rank within four (4) weeks, IRs will get limited edition merchandise from QNET on top of the usual Gold Star Rank rewards and recognitions. b. Upon achieving the Gold Star rank AND having minimum two (2) new Direct Referrals who achieve Gold Star rank within six (6) weeks, IRs will receive INR 66,000. c. The first fifty (50) Qualified Earners will receive INR 16,500 cash on top of the INR 66,000 incentive.

14. Limited edition merchandise can only be claimed at V-Malaysia 2014 or through the nearest QNET Representative Offices and agencies worldwide. No shipping and handling will be shouldered by the Company.

15. Confirmed earners will receive their incentive bonuses in their Q Accounts two (2) weeks after the complete promo requirements are achieved.

16. Change of Referrer or Direct Referrals is not allowed. The new Referrer will be disqualified from the QNET Holi 2014 Promo and any incentives generated therefrom.

17. World Plan IRs who refer New Direct Referrals under any Local Plan (except Global Lifestyle Lanka) will be entitled to get the incentives. IRs under any local plan (except Global Lifestyle Lanka) who will refer New World Plan Directs are also eligible to participate in the QNET Holi 2014 Promo.

18. Duplicating IRships is not allowed. IRs who is proven to do so will be disqualified from the QNET Holi 2014 Promo and any incentives generated therefrom.

19. QNET reserves the right to the final interpretation of QNET Holi 2014 Promo Terms & Conditions.

20. QNET reserves the right to change the QNET Holi 2014 Promo Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

21. Unless defined herein, all capitalised words or expressions used in this Terms & Conditions shall have the same meaning ascribed to them as defined in QNET’s Policies and Procedures.
