A group known as Strega is made up of three renegade Persona Users who take advantage of the Dark Hour. Through a website called “Revenge Request,” Strega lets customers hire the three to execute killings and other crimes, which they carry out during the Dark Hour when the coffins are removed, allowing them to do whatever they want with the victims.
