Queensland Theatre exists to create collective experiences that change lives. This is especially true of our nation-leading Education and Youth Program, whether that's through seeing our shows as audience members, studying them as students and teachers, or participating in creating work in a masterclass or residency.
Our Education and Youth Program offers what no-one else can - world class productions, the most in-demand artists from around the country, the most experienced teachers and facilitators, and the widest range of activities for young people to engage in the performing arts.
In 2018, the season includes even more work that speaks directly to a younger audience. Shakespeare's great comedy Twelfth Night will be re-imagined with new songs by Tim Finn, and Jessica Tovey as Viola. Craig Silvey's classic coming-of-age novel Jasper Jones will be brought to life through a Helpmann Award-winning stage adaptation. And that's just the start.
