The Quairading Community Nature Reserve covers 527 hectares of unique remnant bushland just a leisurely 1.5 hour drive from Perth.
The north side of the Reserve has many walk trails, interspersed with information signage pertaining to the flora and fauna of the particular
area. The longer walks include Nookaminnie Rock with a stunning view of Quairading and the surrounding landscape.
This booklet is your guide to assist in the recognition of over 70 species of birds that may be seen in the Reserve. All of the birds listed
here have been sighted within 1km of the Quairading town site.
