Cashman Equipment

Expanding and updating their Glendale facility in Sparks

PROJECT AWARDS

Over the past several years, Q&D has been working with Cashman (a supplier of Caterpillar equipment) and SH Architecture to expand and modernize their Sparks location. This phased project includes:

• A renovation and retrofit of an existing building including new steel columns to support updated HVAC, new equipment cranes plus a new loading dock, new slab-on-grade and a robotic wash booth.

• Fresno Yosemite International Airport Terminal Expansion, Fresno, CA, $73M

• A renovation and addition to the main equipment maintenance facility including a 20,000-square-foot expansion (employee locker room and break room remodel, a new equipment wash-out building, a new paint application building, and new site concrete paving.)

Other recent projects include a design-build of a Motor Dyno room renovation with new cooling towers and pumps and a new metal building with cranes and wash bays to service the equipment. Cashman Equipment is pleased with Q&D’s team’s customer service as well as the cost-effectiveness, and functionality of the new improvements. Way to go team!
