PLAN 1st FLOOR
This project involves designing clustered homes for an extended family. The task is to design three adjacent houses for a family comprising grandparents, parents, a daughter, a son, an aunt, and a granddaughter.
The grouping starts by separating them into three households:
1. Grandparents (Grandfather + Grandmother) 2. Parents (Father + Mother)
3. Children (Daughter + Son)
4. Aunt + Granddaughter
The grandfather and grandmother, along with the aunt and granddaughter, share one house to facilitate elderly care, while maintaining privacy through separate pathways and water features between the two sections.

PLAN 2nd FLOOR
The layout incorporates a central courtyard serving as a communal area with a swimming pool and a small garden, connecting each house. Inside, the interior decoration aims for a cozy yet tropical ambiance with plenty of open spaces to facilitate airflow during the daytime.

Due to the fact that the area is a central hub that gathers people from various routes, there is an intention to design the space to be open and welcoming to people, and to create more convenient traffic routes. Therefore, there is an idea to collaborate with the city and provide a public plaza to the city, in order to increase pedestrian pathways connecting to landmarks, including various shopping centers and MRT stations.

The project divides into two towers, each serving a different function: residential and office. Both towers are connected by shared facilities located on the office side. Additionally, there's a subtraction of building structure to create varying levels of green space.

Due to the spread of Covid-19, lifestyles have changed significantly, with many opting to live and work from home to prevent the spread of the virus. As a result, there's a concept to combine work and relaxation areas, enhancing flexibility by integrating green spaces. This setup aims to provide a sense of

"Stray dogs are not wild dogs; they are mostly domesticated dogs that were previously kept but later abandoned. This is especially true in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, where some owners fear contracting Covid-19 from animals, some have to quarantine for several days, or some face economic hardships and cannot afford to care for them anymore, leading them to decide to release them into communities or temples.
All of these are significant reasons why the number of stray dogs has increased over the past two years, thereby increasing the risk of rabies spreading.
Can we help control stray dogs, providing them with temporary shelter from the sun and rain, to facilitate easier management by authorities through architectural design?"
According to a survey of 100 people, the majority of areas where stray dogs are commonly found are divided as follows: 40% in residential areas/communities 31% on the streets 19% in fresh markets 10% in abandoned buildings or areas, And various other areas such as temples, in front of convenience stores, or undeveloped open spaces.
Organizing and elevating the quality of life for both the community and stray dogs within that community is crucial. It provides shelters for stray dogs to seek refuge from the sun and rain, while also offering suitable pathways to avoid disrupting the community. However, flexibility and consideration towards the community are essential, perhaps only providing temporary resting places. Dealing with the stray animal issue should follow the CNVR principle:
C - Catch: Capturing stray dogs and cats.
N - Neuter: Spaying or neutering to control the animal population.
V - Vaccine: Vaccinating against rabies, ideally annually.
R - Return: Returning them to their original location to prevent new strays from taking their place.
Addressing the stray animal issue at its core requires a change in societal attitudes and beliefs. It would be beneficial to promote a more compassionate outlook towards animals moving forward.

How to help stray dogs in your locality?
shelter is designed to provide shade and protection from the rain for stray dogs. The design concept incorporates elements of sculpture and greenery, allowing it to be placed within urban areas while also serving the purpose of increasing green spaces and providing seating areas for relaxation.. Inside, there will be food trays to entice dogs to enter the shelter.
The layout of each shelter will vary depending on its location. For instance, in open spaces, shelters may be grouped together, while along roadsides, they will be arranged in an orderly manner along pathways.

Time traveled by Solo travelers thesis
As solo travel becomes increasingly popular and continues to grow, it's important for this project to cater to the needs of solo travelers while also working closely with the local community. The goal is to integrate seamlessly into the lifestyle of the local residents in the project area and to showcase the original art and cultural heritage of the region through time travel.
The "Time Travel by Solo Travelers" project is a cultural homestay initiative that invites solo travelers who enjoy solitary journeys to experience tourism closely intertwined with nature, culture, and the traditional way of life of the local villagers. It allows them to immerse themselves in the indigenous wisdom of the Karen people in Muang Kong, Chiang Mai province, comfortably and in line with their increasing demands. This is achieved by studying the behavior of solo travelers and considering the optimal use of the space.

When considering the physical characteristics of the project area, it's evident that there are numerous existing trees. This has led to the intention of preserving all existing trees to utilize them in creating a unique atmosphere by integrating accommodation units among the open spaces between the trees. The use of variations in elevation helps create changing perspectives, allowing views from ground level up to the treetops. Additionally, it enhances privacy for users.
Furthermore, due to the predominantly natural condition of the project area, there's a strong intention to minimize the footprint of human intervention.
