Patriji About PYMA

Pyramid Youth for Meditation and Ahimsa PYMA is a youth wing in PSSM. Every individual should start learning Meditation and practicing it at a young age.

Quote: "A stitch in time saves nine." Meditation, started at an early age, will make one's life wonderful. Like other subjects taught in schools, Meditation and spirituality should also be taught. That is why PYMA has evolved to teach Meditation and Ahimsa. The main aim of PYMA is to make every youth a meditating youth, a vegetarian youth, a pyramid youth and a happy and inspiring youth.

Every parent has to teach their children about Meditation and introduce them to PYMA. Every youth should join activities done by PYMA in every village, town, and city. I wish PYMA to grow, spread their knowledge and experience to all the youth, and keep inspiring.

Patriji About Ahimsa

Everyone should be a vegetarian. Having meat is the only thing stopping people

from Progress and Peace. Where there is Vegetarianism, there is progress and peace. Where there is meat eating there is regression and turmoil because you have committed violence. You have absolutely no right to kill animals. Be a vegetarian, then everything good follows.

Every child becomes a great devil in due course if they are brought up eating meat. But if they are vegetarians, they will continue to be a child like person, i.e., they will maintain the softness of a child within them. Plant based food is soft food and animal food is hard food. A child becomes hard soul if they eat meat. Parents often make their children eat fish and chicken. That is wrong. You are what you eat, so you should be very careful about what you put in your mouth.

Before becoming a Vegetarian you must become a Meditator. This is because you will know to control your mind and compassion arises within you. If someone is already a meditator, you need not tell them about Vegetarianism, they will already be a vegetarian too. So Meditation is the primary key.

What is Anapanasati Meditation?

‘Ana’ means ‘In-Breath’ ‘Apana’ means ‘Out-Breath’ ‘Sati’ means ‘To Be With’

In “Anapanasati Meditation”, the attention of the mind should constantly be on the normal, natural breath. The task on hand is effortful, joyful oneness with the breath. No “mantra” to be chanted… no form of any ‘deity’ to be entertained in the mind… no hatha yogic pranayama like ‘kumbhaka’... holding the breath... should be attempted.

What happens when we meditate?

When we are with the breath-energy, the mind becomes rather empty.

Then, there is a tremendous in-flow of cosmic energy into the physical body.

Gradually, the hitherto dormant third-eye begins to become activated.

And, by and by, cosmic consciousness gets to be experienced.

M yself Eshwar. I’ve done MBA in finance. I have around six years of

experience in Finance, currently working in MNC in Hyderabad.

I know Meditation since childhood, but I didn't realise its importance. From childhood onwards, I have been more interested in learning about spiritual topics. I thought that I was the only person who thinks like this. But when I came to know about PSSM, I felt very happy that there were many people like me. Therefore, I started my journey with PSSM. I came to know about PYMA in the last 3 years, and I transformed myself when I joined the PYMA group in PSSM. I was the person who would not talk in front of a group of people, would not speak to strangers, and had some inferiority complex. Through PYMA, I have overcome this, and now I can talk very confidently in front of a group of people without any fear. This helped in my career. If you want to survive in MNC companies to get raises and promotions, you have to be very talkative and work smart. I have to be very confident in whatever I am doing.

PYMA organizes a Dhyanisadhana workshop and Lokakalyan group Meditation sessions. I learned so many things, like how to handle people as a host, as a speaker, and how to manage people in Zoom sessions. Again, this helped me in my professional career. As you know, in COVID time, most people interacted in Zoom for meetings, interviews, etc. I handled these things just like that, and it's free of charge; there are no charges or fees to attend any sessions conducted by PYMA. If you do any volunteering service, then it's ultimate, and you will become a master in every aspect, and you can see yourself and how you were before and after PYMA. I firmly think PYMA is the ideal platform for anyone, and he/she will improve both spiritually and physically. Additionally, he or she will inspire others by setting a good example.

In 2005, when I was 5, my parents showed me how to meditate. I've been doing it a lot and reading spiritual books since I was little. I'm happy to learn about both spiritual and regular things from a young age.

In December 2019, I joined PYMA, which stands for Pyramid Youth for Meditation and Ahimsa. Since then, my life has taken a significant turn. Before PYMA, I was shy, but now I've become more outgoing. I regularly meet new people with different perspectives, especially young minds, and I've learned a lot from them. Communication was a skill I developed, and now I can speak confidently without any fear, a transformation I achieved at just 19.

In 2020, I became the Andhra Pradesh State Incharge for PYMA, and the following year, I took on the role of Telangana Incharge. These responsibilities taught me about leadership, resilience in facing challenges, and the importance of working well with a team. Learning to be a responsible leader involves understanding how to navigate through both good and tough times.

One crucial aspect of my PYMA experience is PYMA Kalanjali, which focuses on the arts. Being in charge of PYMA Kalanjali, I discovered the significance of the arts in our lives, enriching both our personal and spiritual growth. As a core member, I feel a sense of responsibility towards PYMA, a gift given to me by my Guru, Dr. Brahmarshi Pitamaha Patriji.

Balancing personal and PYMA commitments has become a guiding principle for me. This balance has not only contributed to my personal growth but has also enhanced my spiritual development. Managing multiple responsibilities has turned me into a multitasker. In essence, PYMA has not only shaped my character but has equipped me with skills to navigate life's complexities with grace, humility, and a deep sense of spiritual awareness.

I got introduced to Meditation in the year 2010. Till then, I had a view that

Meditation was just a practice to relax our minds, but later on, life has put me in troublesome situations, where I had no other option than to seek Meditation. At that moment, I realized that Meditation is not just for mindrelaxation, it's a great tool that can transform our lives.

Since then, my journey has started with PSSM, and till today, I have never looked back and kept going in my life. In 2011, my mother, Dr. G B Prasanna got completely healed from her illness, and from then on, with the support of my father, T K Ravi she started a center in our hometown to teach Meditation, which kept successfully growing till date. Through this center, me and my family members had the opportunity to share our wisdom and also learn from so many great masters through their sessions. During these years of my spiritual practice, I had the opportunity to learn so many wonderful things from so many great masters. Every time I learn some new wisdom, I used to implement it in my life with complete awareness, and Meditation helped me maintain this awareness. I remember my very first transformation when I read the book "Vakshetram," written by Patriji. After reading this book, I understood the value of speech and how our words create our reality. I could say Meditation and spiritual wisdom made me a more wise and balanced person and gave me mental strength to face life's challenges.

In 2012, I started working with PYMA, interacting with so many youngsters who have been practicing Meditation and being on a spiritual path. I have learned so many things from people in PYMA, and I got inspired by each one of them and their experiences. I, being a very introverted guy, was struggling in my teenage to come out and express myself. PYMA helped me become more expressive and communicative. In the same year 2012, along with some of my friends in PYMA, I did so many dance and stage performances in Kadtal during DMC events. I heartfully wish PYMA to grow more and spread more about Meditation and Ahimsa to youth all over the world. I am so thankful to my guru and my dear friend Dr. Brahmarshi Patriji for always inspiring us, showing us such a wonderful spiritual path and giving PYMA to inspire youth towards spirituality.

I am Aishwarya from Bengaluru, working as HR. I was born and raised in

Punganur, Chittoor Dist, Andhra Pradesh. I came to know about Pyramid Meditation when I was in 7th grade, i.e., in 2011, and I met Patriji at a pyramid opening in my hometown. I didn’t feel any connection, but calmness in my mind and happiness. My education grades got raised, my skin disease got cured, I became the top 5 in my degree, I got easy placement in the top 23rd university in India during my Masters, and I entered the top MNC at the time of campus placements.

In the year 2021, I came to know about PYMA (Pyramid Youth for Meditation and Ahimsa), where I joined the Dhyani Sadhana hosted by Mr. Venu, and there, I met many youngsters who were transformed with the help of Anapanasati Meditation. A flyer on the WhatsApp group stated that it was a 21day free online workshop that specifically related to spiritually knowing ourselves. After this workshop, all the DS batches went to Kadthal, Hyderabad, on October 2, 2021, to meet Patriji to showcase how we changed our normal lifestyle into a conscious lifestyle.

I became part of PYMA and did Vegetarian Rally where I learned the importance of communication, team building, and money management, which helps for my spiritual growth. This is the platform where righteous wisdom exchange happens, which is a priceless gift to this generation.

Meditation helps to connect with the higher self, while PYMA helps to connect multi-regional people under the roof of PSSM. When you go deeper and deeper, one can feel the oneness, unconditional love, guidance from angels, challenges become controllable, and intuitions make you choose the right path, which is said to be the enlightenment.

B efore I started Meditation, I was following the bhakti path. I thought Meditation was what I saw in the Shiva idol. After that, I started Anapanasati Meditation when I came to know what actual Meditation is and how to do it. I felt very happy at that time, and I saw some beautiful colors in Meditation.

Because whenever I do Meditation, I get a lot of happiness.

I love Shiva, Krishna, and Anjaneya because they are always in a meditative state. Meditation is the greatest joy. When I was studying for the 10th grade, I felt that I should practice well. At that age, I spent most of my time in Meditation. At the age of 23, I used to see the future with the power of intuition. I used to know that some people would die and what would happen in their lives. Because of my exposure, all those energies went down. Benefits I have received from Meditation are listening, observing, helping nature, and supporting other life forms.

I am a person who thinks mostly about society. Why aren't all the people here happy? I have to help them in any way, whether it comes in terms of money or anything else, but after Meditation, everything changed. What they need is the right food, the right life, and the right Meditation. I was very happy when I learned this. It seemed that food would be good. Ever since I started eating vegetarian food, I have been very happy and very healthy. I always get visions of building multidimensional universities, mega-pyramids everywhere, and spiritual movies. I am happily spending my practical life using my spiritual knowledge.

In my spiritual journey, PYMA introduced a lot of friends and pyramid masters. With these masters, my spiritual life has grown day by day. I am so happy to be a part of PYMA.

II 've been meditating for 15 years, and I've gained a lot of experience in that area. Before Meditation, I had a few white hair. By practicing Meditation daily by using a pyramid cap, the white hair turned into black hair. This was my first experience with Meditation, and I had a great feeling.

When I was studying polytechnic in my first year, I was suffering from jaundice. With Meditation, I have been able to overcome all of my suffering. I have also experienced astral travel and surgery. Meditation taught me how to tackle problems in real life. Through Meditation, I've cured my stomach aches, fevers, and many other issues.

PYMA taught me how to balance the emotions or feelings. As I mentioned I have learnt many things from PYMA in that my friends helped me to learn to get out of toxic people through that I was very happy. I have learned how to speak with people and also I came to know when I need to be calm or when I need to talk. I have learnt many things from the members of PYMA. I am Sneha Thellam from Palamaner, working as a Data Analyst in Bengaluru. I

have known about Meditation since my childhood through my mom. Initially, I meditated and attended spiritual workshops for my mom's sake. When I was studying the 10th standard, I started practicing Meditation to get top marks. I entered Engineering, where I faced a lot of criticism, and judgments on my skin tone which led me to degrade myself. Slowly, I became a people-pleaser by listening to their words, and sometimes I became a rebel. I was leading an unbalanced emotional life. A couple of years later, I realized Meditation is not for getting marks or to achieve some physical things.

Then I started experiencing the true essence of Meditation, understood the importance of reading books and spending time in nature, which helped to heal myself. Listening to others' spiritual experiences gave me the confidence to face the challenges and to cross the hurdles in my life.

I joined PYMA in 2019. I met a lot of like minded friends with amazing talents and kind hearts. I attended a few youth workshops where I learned the real meaning of sharing and understanding the importance of giving and receiving. I have started exploring my talents, strengths, and weaknesses. I went deeper within myself to identify the emotions that I was carrying such as anger, jealousy, lack, and fear which were dominating. Later I started replacing the above emotions with love, kindness, and sharing. I connected deeply with myself. I got an opportunity to do service, and it helped me to grow in all aspects. I learned how to communicate with others. I am finding good companions.

I am Vyshnavi, born and brought up in Tadipatri, Andhra Pradesh. Anapanasati

Meditation was introduced to our family by my grandfather, Venkata Reddy when I was a child of three. My entire family started practicing Meditation and following all 18 guiding principles of PSSM. Patriji’s wisdom had a profound effect on our lifestyle. When I was a kid, I used to meditate for the sake of my parents or people around me. Later in my early and mid-teen years, I completely stopped Meditation. It was during that phase that I began to feel all the emotional chaos. I didn’t have clarity in decision-making and less emotional stability. In 2018, I began to feel that inclination towards spirituality, Ahimsa, and Swadhyaya. During that phase, I started attending various sessions at Quantum Life University and attended SCTP in the same year. That's when my spiritual journey really started. I noticed a radical change in my way of thinking, seeing the world, and relating to other people. I've particularly overcome most of my long-held fears and belief patterns.

Practicing and spreading yoga has suddenly become a significant part of my life.

One of the best things that has ever happened to me is PYMA. PYMA helped me in re-inventing my skills and developing a passion for spreading Meditation and Ahimsa. I had the opportunity to interact with hundreds of young people, listen to their concerns, and then devise various programs to address those concerns. Meeting Patriji and sharing my experience has been a greatest blessing that I will always cherish. The most amazing thing that happened to me was that during one of the Zoom meetings, I had the chance to meet my soulmate. All my fears about marriage vanished, and in the presence of all our loved ones, I welcomed Nikhil into my life with the utmost gratitude and joy.

After my marriage, my spiritual journey took a quantum leap as I entered another spiritual family where our conversations revolved around spirituality and service. With Nikhil's help, we were able to become active participants in a variety of PYMA programs. We are currently surrounded by amazing souls working for Dhyana Jagat, Sakhahara Jagat, and Pyramid Jagat—Patriji's vision.

I started Meditation when I was a 1-year-old baby. My mother is my Meditation

guru (teacher). I was very young, I just sat and meditated for 10 minutes for the first time. Premnath sir was in Raichur, and sir asked all the children sitting there, "After Meditation, how did you feel and what was your experience?"

Everyone was like, I saw light; I saw colors... And I said I saw a green apple, as I remember. I felt so good after doing Meditation. it's peaceful and calms the mind. In my entire Meditational journey, I have had very rare experiences, and the foremost overwhelming experience is that I healed my neck, and that too in the Mega Pyramid in Pyramid Valley.

Personally, I feel connected to Mother Nature, and I have a habit of expressing gratitude to Mother Nature for whatever happens. Being born into a Meditation and pyramid family, I was completely vegetarian. I can clearly see the changes in body and mind when I unknowingly consume food that contains garlic.

In 2020, I joined PYMA (Pyramid Youth for Meditation and Ahimsa), where I was able to share my talent and my thoughts. I usually read the monthly magazines by PSSM Dhyana Jagat, Dhyana Kasturi, Spiritual Science, and Spiritual India. After joining PYMA, I acknowledged various spiritual books, and I could take so many sessions, which gave me immense knowledge! I have received so much knowledge from so many masters. I am Dr. Sourabh Munnoli from Chikkodi, Karnataka. I am presently working in Agriculture research station. I came into Meditation during 2008, Dr. Ketappanavar was the person who first introduced me to ANAPANSATI Meditation. From then I have experienced so many great things in my life.

Some of my personal transformational changes are being in neutral state of mind, improvement in positive thinking, dealing the things with calmer head, connecting with people, manifesting the dreams of life, able to face the challenges of the life.

II started practicing Meditation just to improve my academic results. Meditation

helped me score 97.4% in my 10th board exams, secure a government seat at Ayurvedic Medical College, and enhance my confidence. But later, with regular practice of Meditation, I overcame many of my childhood traumas, which were provoking suicidal thoughts in me. Slowly, I began to understand the purpose of my life, the mystery of entire creation, and spiritual science. I had many wonderful experiences in Meditation, like astral travel, near-death experiences, third-eye visions, past life recalls, and many more, through which I realized the eternity of our existence.

I convey my immense gratitude to Brahmarshi Patriji, whose teachings gave me a deeper understanding of all aspects of my life, which I learned to celebrate every day. PSSM and PYMA taught me the importance of service and made me realize that spiritual service is the highest form of service. I involved myself in doing service in spiritual programs, which gave me happiness and deep satisfaction. Embarking on this spiritual journey, I initially faced the daunting prospect of immediate surgery. Opting for Meditation over the operating table was a decision guided by mom's intuition and faith. I believed in her advice and followed it. I am Vishwanath from Bengaluru, and I am currently working as a Software

Engineer. As I studied for my second year of engineering, I believed that since we only have one life, I had to make the most of it. So, I simultaneously joined professional cricket coaching and dance classes. I tried to focus on everything, which created a lot of confusion and led to my failure in all fields. I was depressed, lost my self-confidence, and didn't know which way to go. That's when Meditation came into my life.

I started practicing Meditation and slowly developed self-confidence. I listened to the audios "Sankalpa Shakthi" and "Thought Power" by Brahmarshi Patriji, which gave me a lot of clarity about life. Then, I started focusing on engineering and completed it successfully with first-class results. The greatest miracle was that it took me 6 years to complete engineering, but I got a job the next day I completed my engineering. As I continued to practice Meditation, my thought power increased, my focus got better, and all the unnecessary habits vanished from my lifestyle naturally.

PYMA enabled me to connect with like-minded youngsters, where I was able to share my challenges about life and also learn from others life experiences. I got the opportunity to serve as a volunteer at Mega PSSM Events, which was a practical test of all the learning. I learned how to organize the event and people management, which helped me grow and develop leadership skills. Through these events, we were able to spread awareness about Meditation, plant-based food, and Pyramid Energy. I experienced soul satisfaction when I was able to serve others.

I am Vinay, from Gauribidanur. I started meditating in 2006, when I was a 9-

year-old kid. I was introduced to Meditation by my mother. As soon as she learned, she taught us (me and my brother), and she made it compulsory for us to meditate every day after coming from school. Since then, Meditation has become a habit and has been strongly ingested into our daily routine.

Practicing Meditation from an early age helps us to lead a life happily with balance, without much wavering mind or distractions, tensions, and anxieties. It provides us with everything we need to experience life at every stage, and I have always been given everything I need from friends, family, teachers, and the school. In terms of physical health, I have not taken any medications till now and have always cured health issues only through Meditation.

As Patriji says, youth is one who is physically fit, mentally strong, and emotionally balanced. That happens only through regular practice of Meditation and the implementation of the spiritual wisdom we receive.

For me, PYMA has opened up a whole new chapter of my spiritual journey.

PYMA gave me the opportunity to be in service, which is the ultimate form of spirituality, and to do volunteer activities, which have taught me leadership skills, communication skills, organizing skills, and many more. PYMA gave me like-minded friends who share a common purpose and work on appreciating each other, which was a major takeaway for me. PYMA helps everyone practice the actual Middle Path, without which everyone would have been in the same routine of study-work-marry-kids-die. M y name is Priyanka B, and I am from Kotturu, Karnataka, and have been meditating since 2016. I learned Meditation from my mother-in-law.

Brahmarshi Premanath, sir, has been my constant guide in every step of my spiritual life. When I first started on my spiritual path, astral masters like Paramhansa Yogananda, Rampa, Mahavathar Babaji, Markandeya Maharshi, and Paramhansa Yogananda would send me messages through telepathy and autowriting that helped me overcome all of my insecurities. Regular practice of Meditation changed my life in the best possible way. Today I'm very happy inside and out, with lots of confidence. I feel so worthy and content, and I am able to easily manifest whatever I wish for including money, peace of mind, relationships, spiritual growth, etc.

I started the Kannada YouTube channel "Spiritual Seed" in 2021 with the intention of sharing Patriji's teachings and the higher wisdom I am receiving. I post short videos on this channel. I have taken a lot of offline and online workshops and sessions in Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and English.

In my spiritual journey, I am lucky enough to work for PYMA (Pyramid Youth for Meditation and Ahimsa) in Karnataka. The main objective of this group is to sow spiritual seeds among the youth. At the beginning of my spiritual journey, I got a chance to participate in various sessions and workshops on PMC PYMA KARNATAKA's platform, where I learned teamwork, content creation, presentation skills, technical skills, communication skills, and got introduced to new wisdom and new books.

PYMA motivated me to visit nearby schools to teach Meditation, which gave me immense happiness and satisfaction. I'm proud to say I belong to the PYMA team. If you are in the age range of 13–35, you must join the PYMA group and witness your own growth.

I am Ojus Kalburgi, from Bengaluru. I started mediating in my childhood. In fact, my mother meditated when I was in her womb. My parents used to host 41-day, 21-day Meditation classes at our home, where many of our neighbors came to meditate and have Satsanga in our house. I used to meditate with them, and then my journey began.

When it comes to experiences, I have experienced many things. Once, during my exams, I had a lot of syllabus to be cleared in a day, and I covered as much as I could that night. I meditated for an hour and slept late at night. I set a 5 a.m. alarm, but I'm not sure why it didn't go off, and I slept. I heard a scream during sleep, and I suddenly woke up with somewhat of a fear-like feeling, and guess what? It was 5:07 AM. I still remember it. It was shocking for me as I came to know that the alarm that was turned on was for another day. Afterwards, I cleared whole portions and wrote the exam peacefully. I am still grateful for that moment. Due to Meditation, I perform better in everything I do. I became very confident that if any problem occurs, big or small, I won't get tensed, panic, or get depressed. It helps me make many of my decisions. I know that I have a great power called Meditation.

I am very excited about the LKG (Loka Kalyanam Group) Meditation classes that happen in PYMA every day! I enjoy it a lot, and it’s where I built my confidence, lost my fear, and also learned how to deliver anything in a good manner. Even the group Meditations that we do for just 10 minutes are so relaxing and are the best breaks in my busy schedules, like those assignments that are given in our school. I have gained so much knowledge about many books and so much about spirituality in those sessions. We have covered concepts from books like “The Secret”, “The Power of Your Subconscious Mind”, and many others. I enjoyed other sessions, like those that were done for children. It’s like, I learned more than half of the things I had learned before joining PYMA. Moreover, I made many soul friends in PYMA. We enjoy ourselves a lot, share wisdom, have fun, and together we have volunteered in many spiritual events.

I am currently perceiving my engineering in Mysuru. I have been practicing Meditation for 6 years. I started reading books. The first book I read was “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne which was about the Power of Manifestation and started to implement it in my life. I gradually started noticing the changes that happened to me. My grades were getting better. In 10th I was in top ten. That moment was unbelievable. From then Meditation would be always in my to do list. I started meditating for an hour this helped me to increase my concentration, focus and also decreased my anger levels. Later I got good result in boards and competitive exams with less hard work and more Meditation. As I wished to continue my degree in Mysuru I got seat in NIE college at Mysuru.

My life had a turning point during pandemic. PYMA KARNATAKA was created and most surprisingly I got chance to join in the team. PYMA is the great platform to exhibit one’s talent and also to mould the way they want to be.

PYMA is the organisation Created by Patriji which spreads awareness about Ahimsa and how Meditation is helpful for Youth by conducting sessions on Thought Power, Guide to overcome fear, Book Retreats and by teaching in schools and colleges. It organises online workshops which involves knowledge sharing by senior masters, cultural activities, experience sharing and Q&A session. It conducts many events like trekking, vegetarian rally where we get to connect with the people. There were many workshops conducted where entire session would be managed by team members.

I was the person with social anxiety, silent and insecure. Participating in it and taking responsibility to handle a session boosted my confidence and helped me know that I would be the better version of mine.

I was brought up in a Meditation family where my family does Meditation and teaches me. I have been part of the PYMA Idea Lab, where I need to present the videos, which in turn has helped me a lot in my growth. I am Chethana, from Chennai. Through my mom, I was introduced to Meditation

when I was 5 years old. But I started consciously practicing Meditation when I was 10 years old. Since then, knowing about spirituality and the true essence of life has made me adore my simple life as an extraordinary life. At that time, it used to feel so magical knowing about the psychic powers we can get from Meditation, and that interested me more and more to know about it. As and when days passed, I could see myself changing and looking at the world from a different perspective. I could differentiate between what is good and what is bad for me.

I started accepting all the situations patiently and was able to handle confusion calmly. I identified my limiting beliefs through Meditation and corrected them, which boosted my self-confidence. The deeper understanding of myself is what I have experienced till now.

I am Dakshayini, from Chennai. I've been practicing Meditation for the past 17

years. In the earlier stages of Meditation, I thought it was only for old people, but once I started practicing it, my perception changed. My academics got improved. This made me feel like there was some magic behind this Meditation.

So, I started practicing it for long hours, and the result is that I became a top student, got a seat in a good college, and then got placed in a very good job.

Then I understood that Meditation is not for the elderly; it's for every person, right from children. This made me spread Meditation to many schools, colleges, orphanages, and old-age homes. Spreading Meditation gives me immense joy.

Not only in my career but personally, Meditation helped me get rid of all my fears, shyness, dullness, loneliness, inferiority complex, etc. My heartfelt pranams to my guru for teaching me Anapanasati Meditation.

I was born as a vegetarian, but after seeing all the slaughterhouses near my school with blood stains, I used to feel this was not the way to treat animals; their lives were as important as ours. Animals are our friends, not food. Let's respect their lives too. We don't have any right to take the lives of any being.

PYMA is a wonderful team of dynamic young masters. Meeting likeminded people here gave me energy to work more better. They always encourage people and bring out their potential. I am Jaikrishnan, I’ve been doing Meditation for the last 5 years. At first, I had no intention of doing Meditation. Later, when I saw my sick mother doing Meditation as moral support, I sat in Meditation with her. I saw her getting well after doing Meditation. My mother was affected by cervical spondylosis, along with other ailments. As I saw the progress, I was intrigued. I suffered from breathing troubles and migraines too, but as I started doing Meditation with awareness, both of my troubles were cured. Rather than just health benefits, it helped with my studies and concentration; my intuition got better, thus helping me take decisions; and many more.

I think Meditation is just more than a routine or practice in my life; Meditation plays an integral role in my life in every single prospect. For a better life without corrupted, troubled thoughts, a peaceful mind, and a stressful and hectic life, I find Meditation to be a simple yet magnificent path.

One can learn knowledge by themselves, but when we all come together to learn and share the knowledge we tend to learn more and get practical knowledge. PYMA and its members have been helping me to get that knowledge I needed. Rather than just posting a message they conducted interactive sessions where I can ask my questions and share my thoughts.

Rather than Online sessions I’ve attended their Irl classes which I found as beneficial as the online sessions. PYMA has a great impact on youth. I consider joining PYMA is something just greater than just an opportunity, join PYMA and see the benefits by yourself.

M y Meditation journey began when I accidentally met Brahmarshi Pitamaha

Patriji in Oct 2016, and he pointed me to READ right, EAT right, and LIVE right.

It took me three years to really understand his message. My journey started with Vipassana, and in 2019, I meditated inside a pyramid for the first time, and I realized what Patri sir really meant. I tangibly experienced how my body is energy and how effective Meditation is inside a pyramid. Since 2019, my life has changed for the better. I have lost anger, developed patience, developed more empathy, and started to live right. I became a volunteer for PSSM, PMC Hindi, and PYMA. Patri sir really believed in the potential of youth. At first, my nascent understanding of PYMA is that it's a community that spreads the message of Meditation and Ahimsa. But since I started volunteering with PYMA, I have realized that it's a family where the family members are spread across the world. What I meant by this was that, wherever I am, I have met youth who share my values and principles. My understanding is ever-evolving, but I believe that PYMA is a community of youth where we support each other and spread the message of PSSM, Meditation, and Ahimsa.

I was a happy, ignorant person, but with Meditation, I am tranquil and blissful in my exploration of the divine. I started my journey to find the purpose of experiencing joy, to live each moment, to be thrilled in the chaos, and to dive deep. Meditation has sown resilience, the ability to fight and manifest, and the ability to feel abundant limitlessly. This journey of three and half years is just the beginning, and I feel empowered to spread this joy, to connect, to listen, to share, and to experience infinity! The lockdown started, and my college ended. I was thrown abruptly into the career zone of life while everything was just frozen, and one Instagram Live changed everything. The journey began — 21 days, 40 days, and 21 days again.

Three and half years I have never looked back; Meditation has given me the freedom to open all my boundaries. Manifesting my job, my travels, and my promotions! But most importantly, the joy to share, the joy to be with people, and the joy to spread. Meditation taught me to enjoy chaos, thrill in it, and make the most of it! I am Harshit, from Bhilwara, Rajasthan. I am a data analyst, and I have been meditating for 3 years now. Meditation has helped me gain clarity about my life. clarity that every youth at the initial stage of their career seeks. Since my engineering college years, I have been exploring different spiritual paths. It may sound a little off, but I had these questions about life, death, and how to become a better version of ourselves. And after a lot of book reading and seminars, I found my answer in Meditation and books recommended by Patriji.

Seeing the positive results of Meditation in my life, I also told my mother to start this as she was having arthritis. She soon started seeing the healing in her knees and eventually was able to come to a much better place than before.

And this inspired many of my family members to do Meditation daily.

PYMA helped me learn more spiritual and life-related concepts through online workshops. It helped me become a better communicator by allowing me to take online sessions. PYMA is a youth wing of PSSM. And currently, most of the activities are being conducted online only. So, in my opinion, it would be better if PYMA Masters could do some offline events as well. Like social experiments, spreading awareness in schools, universities, and offices.

I am Deepika Buddha, CA by profession. I embarked on a Meditation journey way back in 2004, when I was in 7th grade. I began practicing with the 'myth' that 'Meditation is not for youngsters’. But as the days went by, I witnessed wonderful changes in my attitude; my confidence levels increased tremendously, my thinking widened, I became more inclusive, and, as a bonus, I was happier than ever.

Not only this, I was efficiently performing in my studies; previously, I was scoring 70%, but after practicing Meditation, without any additional efforts, my performance surged to 90%. This was because my grasping and memory power boosted, and I was able to concentrate and be in the present moment without diversion of my attention for a longer span. This motivated me to pursue chartered accounting (CA), which is believed to be one of the most challenging courses, which I accomplished.

The fruits of Meditation didn’t stop here; this keeps following in my professional life too. Being in a managerial position and reporting to the Csuite, I’m constantly challenged and forced into work stress. But Meditation is my savior to efficiently tackle stress and deliver exceptional performance within an agreed timeline.

It’s not always about excelling in our physical lives; there is another side to the coin too. Being a part of PYMA helps me thrive spiritually. Being with our kind of tribe helps me to learn more from everyone, as well as indulge in voluntary activities and teach Meditation to many youngsters. I am Manasa. I completed my MCA and am working as a Software Engineer. I got married to Mr. Manohar, a pyramid master's family in Nellore, in 2021.

I've been practicing Meditation since 2004, when I was 7 years old.

Initially, when I started practicing, I used to see many masters and also intuitional messages from masters. My life was totally transformed. I started enjoying every moment; being in the present moment has become my perception. I never went to the doctor. I'm healthy and active. I can see positivity everywhere. Studies had become private, and I gracefully completed my post-graduation and GNIIT simultaneously. I was able to help my friends and classmates by teaching them and clearing their doubts.

I was born on July 5, 2004, in a Sikh family in Amritsar, Punjab, my journey with Meditation and spirituality began early under the guidance of my mother, Navneet Kaur. Despite the exposure, I didn't engage much, being restless.

A turning point came on January 11, 2022, when I was reintroduced to breath Meditation by my mom’s colleague, Mrs. Rajni Sharma, who lives in our neighborhood. I started meditating in her presence, and although I struggled with consistency initially, it marked the beginning of a transformative journey.

I owe much to Senior Pyramid Master, ‘Brahma Vidvarishtha’ Jasvinder Kaur (Jassi Ma’am), whose guidance provided me with profound spiritual insights.

I've encountered sensations like heaviness, lightness, waviness, and temperature variations in Meditation. However, I believe that the transformative impact matters more to the physical experience — cultivating virtues like peace, politeness, humility, compassion, truth, and patience. A significant breakthrough was overcoming asthma through Meditation and embracing a "medical-free" lifestyle.

After arriving in Canada on April 23, 2023, my journey with PYMA began after meeting Pari Patri Ma’am at a mega Meditation event on May 27, 2023.

Entrusted with establishing PYMA Canada, this vibrant community, by the youth for the youth, has become a catalyst for my creativity, design skills, and leadership abilities. PYMA is not just an organization; it's a family providing support for growth and learning and invaluable lessons in public speaking, professional presentation, and effective communication. I am grateful for the unconditional love, support, and trust of all PYMA masters, and I cherish the friendships and skills gained in this transformative journey.

I started Meditation as a 10-year-old because of my mother. She introduced

me to breath Meditation and would encourage me to meditate more and more. I never realized the positive effects it had on me until I was 16 or 17 years old.

After which, I started meditating by myself, and I have seen a huge shift in my ability to study, be positive, and be happy. I realized how to have fun while studying and how to achieve your goals without stressing too much.

Another massive milestone for me was overcoming my fear of public speaking. As a student at school, I used to be so anxious and shaken up when I had to present in front of my class. However, during COVID lockdown, I got myself fully involved in Meditation and started helping in conducting Meditation classes. This period was transformational for me. It made me get over my fear of public speaking. I am now confident enough to teach what I know to large crowds. I am confident enough to take the mic on stage and share my experience and knowledge.

PYMA has been a big influence in my life. Meeting other young masters who are positive, driven, and kind helped me learn and grow. It gave me the confidence to teach mindfulness and conduct workshops at my university in Manchester. It taught me to chase my dreams with a spiritual outlook.

I look forward to seeing PYMA in every country, empowering all youngsters with wisdom and community.

Hello! Before Meditation, I was a girl who overthought things all the time. I had insecurities, insomnia, and did not control my anger.

When I started meditating, it was really great because I could sleep, I could control my anger, I was more focused, the insecurities I had were diminishing, and I started to leave everything I didn't need in my life.

Everything was done step by step. There were days when I wanted to stop meditating, but I didn't, and I returned to Meditation with the help of Pari Patri, Harleen Sandhu, Parinita Patri, and more friends I have in India who helped me make my life colorful with Meditation.

I only ask that you take one step at a time, don't despair, and don't give up, because when you see the results, you will really be proud of yourself.

Meditation, reading, and a plant-based life are things that have many benefits.

I am Vandana from Chennai. My spiritual journey started in 2006, when my parents introduced me to PSSM when I was 4 years old. At first, I disliked Meditation as I felt restless enough to sit still and meditate for a long time, and I also thought Meditation was only for old people. Later, after hearing about the many life-changing experiences of PSSM masters, I understood the importance of Meditation.

My personal life and academic performance began to drastically shift as soon as I began regular Meditation practice. I can definitely say Meditation helped me choose my career path with full clarity.

I am Adithya, presently employed as an engineer in Germany. I was introduced

to Anapanasati Meditation by my parents at the age of 10, and I feel fortunate to have embraced Meditation at such a young age. Prior to incorporating Meditation into my life, I grappled with persistent headaches, hindering my ability to actively play with other children. During one Meditation session, I encountered unique sensations in my head, akin to a transformative experience or operation. I started Meditation in my childhood, at the age of 8, through my mom. I initially disliked Meditation and felt restless, but parallelly, I was listening to various master’s experiences and attending sessions, accompanying my mom.

After many months, I started to see the truth in Meditation. I understood that this simple practice has transformed thousands of people’s lives. I wanted to give a sincere attempt at Meditation and started doing it seriously. After this, I thoroughly started enjoying Meditation. I experienced a deep sense of joy, silence, and peace, and I never wanted to miss this. As a student, Meditation made my studies a play; I was able to steer through my academics effortlessly with excellent performance.

The connectivity within myself improved; there was always a guiding voice within me to understand, handle, and perceive any kind of situation. I experienced the goodness of pyramid power and was able to sense the energies flowing within me as well as the vibrations of any place. I was able to manifest my desired reality through my thoughts. Meditation has helped me to let go and let nature do its work. As a result, I completed my post-graduation at a well-known university and ended up with a prosperous job. Meditation has kindled the selfless spirit in me and instilled thoughts such as, ‘Whatever we do, our actions must contribute to and support a universal cause’.

M y Meditation journey with PYMA started from Jagrut Yuva 2021, before

that, I used to do ‘om’ chanting, mantra chanting, etc. Meditation taught me a lot of things, it showed me the various perspectives of people, and rather than focusing on just one perspective, it taught me to observe myself before looking at someone else’s mistakes or judging them.

PYMA provided a huge social platform to express, communicate, and meet like-minded youths around the globe. Through the online sessions of PYMA, I learned about the way to conduct sessions, communication, and many beautiful experiences. I got to know a lot of like-minded youths, volunteered at various programs of PSSM, and did service online as well as offline. I‘ve been a part of the PSSM family since 2020. I go to a thoughtless state frequently, and I get clarity of life after Meditation. I became vegan in 6 months after coming into Meditation, and I manifested my dream job.

Currently, I work for a F1 car manufacturing company as a testing engineer in the UK. I live disease-free. I have stopped taking medicine for the last 3 years and am living a total healthy life. I understood my purpose in life, and I am connected more with my dreams and intuition, through which I get messages and clarity, one of which is that I came to the understanding that I need to learn Ukulele and start to conduct Meditation. Children connect to me easily when I play the ukulele, and they go to that meditative state quickly. I am incharge of Youmewi UK, and I take care of PMC France.

Being with youngsters and like-minded youths is a great opportunity I get from PYMA. I learn a lot through them by sharing. Especially we organize plenty of activities in and around London.

I was introduced to Meditation by my father. I grew up in a spiritual environment right from my childhood. My weekends were filled with interesting spiritual discourses and workshops with my parents. There was never a time when my parents forced me or even asked me to meditate. They both used to meditate every single day without fail, and this increased my curiosity.

Till my seventh grade, I could not find a single youngster who was interested in Meditation the way I was. So I always used to feel left out. But when I visited Dhyana Maha Chakra for the first time in 2012, I was astonished to see many youngsters of the same age group who were so involved in Meditation and Spirituality. It made me really happy to have finally found likeminded people of the same age.

I was a part of Balavikas during this event, where so many activities happened that helped me learn in depth about the arts, which I had never experienced in regular schools. That was my first close experience with the arts, and I got involved in activities like painting, dancing, etc. With that boost, I continued to learn dance all alone by watching dance videos on TV and trying them out on my own. I had the drive to perform in front of a huge audience.

When I became a part of PYMA in 2018, I got the opportunity to perform on a huge stage in front of thousands of people, as I had dreamt of for the very first time. Since then, I have been performing at many such events, and I am really grateful to Patriji for providing me with such a beautiful platform.

H ey friend, I'm Bhaskar Adari, a passionate vegan fitness coach dedicated to

helping people lose fat, build muscle, and gain strength while living a plantbased and Ahimsa-centric lifestyle. Since 2012, I've been a proud member of PSSM, where the principles of non-violence (Ahimsa) have become a core value in my life. That's when I turned vegetarian from being a hard-core nonvegetarian.

Meditation, a daily practice I learned from my mom, played an important role in finding my purpose and aligning my career with my passion. Since childhood, I have been into various forms of fitness like yoga, martial arts, dance, and athletics, with an ever-growing love for learning and exploring new arts.

In 2019, my journey took a turn towards veganism, where I learned the harsh realities of the dairy industry and other forms of animal cruelty. This realization left me with an important question: "How come I didn't know this until now, being a member of PSSM?" This question pushed me to commit myself to educating fellow vegetarians about extending the principles of Ahimsa beyond meat, eggs, and fish.

Fast-forward to 2023, and I blend my fitness expertise with a commitment to Ahimsa. I curate personalized plant-based diets, train individuals, create online content, and publish e-books on plant-based fitness. Thanks to PSSM, the 18 principles, and the wisdom of Patriji, I've become a spiritual scientist.

I've found a path that's all about fitness, kindness, and truth-seeking.

How to Meditate?

1. Sit comfortably in a quite place 2. Clasp your hands, cross your legs, close your eyes.

3. Observe your natural breath.

Bring your focus back to your natural breath when you get thoughts in your mind.

Anybody can meditate at any time at any place.

Everyone should meditate every day atleast the number of minutes equal to their age at one stretch, twice a day.

For Eg: 20 years person should meditate 20 min in one stretch twice a day.
