years. Events where families have lost their homes, their jobs, and, sadly, loved ones. Although broken, they don’t wait for others to do something; they come together as one to rebuild, restructure, and support each other through the challenges they face. Despite their own suffering, they reach out to other Caribbean islands and offer help and welcome those in need. They understand helping each other is the only way they are going to survive. And isn’t that what we want for our membership? For our human race? To be united and supportive of each other? To understand that only coming together as one do we create the synergy necessary to overcome obstacles and succeed as an organization? Heck Yeah! Along with my local conference team: Tamara Sabalier, Nadezchka James, Teresa Gotay, Connie Siciliano, Molly Kent, Chris Rojas, Marluan Diaz, Denisse Rivera, Samariah Abdelfattah , Melissa Martinez, Vanessa Shinners, and other team members. #PWC2021PuertoRico Caribbean Synergy plans to offer great speakers and training revolving around individual contributions and growth. We plan on creating a positive synergy which will spread far wider than COVID19, because the sum of the whole is much larger than its parts.
