In the realm of investment assets, sports cards hold an allure unique among investors. Nothing touches our culture more than professional sports and as the world gets continually busier, emotionally we seem increasingly drawn to our cultural centers, and at the center of professional sports are our immortal heroes who represent their respective craft. Babe Ruth, Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzky, Tiger Woods, Lionel Messi, and Tom Brady. These are the immortals from which all others are measured and when it comes to investing, all trading cards possess a value balanced against those brands which represent our most cherished and iconic symbols. The 2000 Panini Contenders Championship Autograph Tom Brady rookie resides among the single most important, and desired trading cards ever issued during the modern era. The Championship ticket parallel to the base issue is much more difficult to obtain with a short print run of one-hundred and possesses an exceedingly fragile refractor right edge which has become inherently problematic since its release.

Presented in a stunning Beckett 8 example is the #029/100 example, boasting an ultra-rare pristine ‘10’ autograph. The card is beautifully aligned from all sides with tremendous color, gloss, and registration.

BGS POPULATION 1 OF 3 - NONE GRADED HIGHER 2017 NATIONAL TREASURES BLACK PATRICK MAHOMES ROOKIE PATCH AUTO 1/5 #161 BGS 9

For over a decade, Panini’s National Treasures brand has been the idea of elegance. The clean designs, hard-signed autographs, and player-worn materials have turned many of these cards into something more of Americana rather than traditional blue-chips, connecting investors to the brand and careers of each respected athlete. In 2017, no card is truer to this trend than Patrick Mahomes #161 true RPA. In just a few years, Mahomes NT RPA have emerged as one of the single brightest assets in the market, as well as one of the most important. Being one of the final releases of the season, ‘17 National Treasures came eight-cards per box, including an average of three autographs and three memorabilia cards - the other two being base cards or parallels. Released within a 41-card set was Mahomes coveted RPA, coming in various shortly printed color parallels; the black being one of rarest and most condition sensitive parallels.

EURO JERSEY NUMBER SERIAL 07/99 2018 NATIONAL TREASURES LUKA DONCIC ROOKIE PATCH AUTO 7/99 BGS 9.5 GEM MINT

After only three complete seasons into his NBA career, Luka Doncic has established himself as one of the best talents in the league while gaining the respect of the game’s all-time greats. At 22, Luka has not yet reached his athletic prime--yet his shot selection, defense, and ball handling skills are superior to almost every player in the league. Luka already holds the record for the Dallas Mavericks’ alltime triple-double leader. Luka’s extraordinary skills have not gone unnoticed as his fan base in the investment community ranks among the most fanatic ever. Glistening as if it recently surfaced from a box of 2018-19 National Treasures Basketball, the presented Luka RPA is a sight to behold. This example has everything going for it, including a 3-color patch, significant serial number, pristine autograph, and condition.

This example possesses Luka Doncic’s 07/99 Real Madrid jersey number serial stamp on the front surface. SGC POPULATION 1 OF 1 - NONE GRADED HIGHER 1958 ALIFABOLAGET SOCCER PELE ROOKIE #635 SGC 7.5 NRMT+

Encased in an SGC 7.5 holder, this Pop 1 rookie card ranks among the most prized in existence.

The 1958 Alifabolaget Swedish trading card features a seventeen-year-old Edson Arantes do Nasciemento, or Pele, likely moments before the ‘58 World Cup final. Brazil and Sweden played the final in Solna, a suburb of Stockholm, where roughly 50,000 people watched the Brazilians go down one goal four minutes in. Soon after, Vava equalized and Pele dominated the second half by notching two goals, becoming the youngest to participate, score, and win a World Cup final. Continuing upon his already impressive accomplishments,

Pele would again win the World Cup in ‘62 and score 767 career goals. This specimen presents wonderful centering with a bright color scheme.

The fragile stock does not contain the common wrinkles, paper loss, and toning on the reverse that typically accompany the issue. Micro touches to all four corner tips likely caused SGC to hesitate awarding the ‘8’ grade. Recently, a MINT PSA 9 example of this card traded for $900,000. We’re proud to offer this highest graded SGC example to the investment community. If you have the ability to purchase this card, you should become the envy of every Pele collector.

2017 NATIONAL TREASURES HOLO GOLD PATRICK MAHOMES ROOKIE PATCH AUTO /10 BGS 9

One of the final releases of the season is Panini National Treasures, promising collectors and investors a product dominated by hits - none more important that its coveted RPAs. In 2017, Panini put a bow on its NT release as it ushered in one of the most popular young super stars in football, Patrick Mahomes. Released in a 41-card set was his #161 true RPA, shortly printed and pairing a hard-signed autograph with a fabulous player-worn jersey relic. This parallel to the base (/99) issue combines one of the markets most popular RPAs with the dazzling aesthetic of gold. Serial stamped 02/10, this Holo Gold parallel rests within a Beckett 9 holder, presenting qualities which place this just a whisker away from the half grade bump – subgrades: centering 9.5, corners 9.5, edges 8.5, and surfaces 9.5.A gorgeous player photo is used with the hard-signed autograph resting just below and being assessed as pristine by Beckett.

The delicate foil inlay borders the cards beautiful Lamar Hunt AFC swatch, showing the upper right quadrant of the patch. Since taking over for Alex Smith, Mahomes has dominated in every facet, not with just his talent but his brand. He remains one of the brightest stars in football and is becoming a household name. This investment asset is poised for tremendous growth within the market as Mahomes has the talent, brand, and IQ to help lead these premier assets to new heights. PSA POPULATION 1 OF 11 1960 HEMMETS JOURNAL CASSIUS CLAY MUHAMMAD ALI ROOKIE #23 PSA 9 MINT

In 1960, Hemmets Journal, a Swedish periodical, produced a special issue featuring trading cards of an array of athletes to watch at the 1960 Rome Olympics. One of the pages featured an eighteen-year-old Cassius Clay, which subscribers could hand cut from the issue. The young gold medalist is pictured brimming with confidence and skill—on the cusp of international fame.

This issue required a hand cut to form individual cards, and seldom earn PSA’s coveted MINT assessment. It did here.

This card’s borders are flawlessly balanced with all four corners earning their assessment. This thin paper stock issue is free of wrinkles as well as common toning. The card’s instantly recognized color scheme remains bright and the print is exceptional for the issue. In many ways, this example would not be questioned in a seven-figure value PSA 10 holder. Beyond being one of the greatest Boxers of all-time, the Louisville Lip remains one of the world’s most celebrated and inspirational figures. To this day, he inspires American culture and is a beacon of hope.

Currently only eleven have earned this illustrious assessment with one receiving a superior grade—incredible scarcity for one of the most desired cards in the industry. Widely considered a Holy Grail, we recommend this card with our highest level of enthusiasm.

1952 TOPPS WILLIE MAYS #261 PSA 8 NM-MT

At first glance, the incredibly hard-to-find centering and color on this issue draw investors’ attention. But this example offers investors much more than above-average aesthetics. Players broke the MLB color barrier in 1947. Willie Mays entered the league a few years later, in 1951, with racial tensions still elevated. During his rookie season, the NAACP challenged the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Plessy v. Ferguson in the landmark Brown v. Board of Education case.

The law still considered Black people equal but in need of separation from whites. When Willie Mays started playing baseball, he could not drink from the same water fountain, use the same bathroom, or eat at the same restaurant as his white teammates. Mays even had to stay in a different hotel than his white teammates when they traveled. When the Giants moved from New York to San Francisco, he could not find an apartment manager who would rent him an apartment because of the color of his skin. With that backdrop, which included constant jeers from fans and death threats, Mays proceeded to become arguably the best baseball player ever.

This card from Topps’ inaugural set, among the most iconic in the trading card industry, celebrates Mays’ lifetime of achievements on and off the field.

During his first MLB at-bat, Mays hit a home run and never looked back. The stats tell the story: 660 HR, .301 BA, 338 SB, 20 All-Star appearances, and

consideration as the best outfielder of all time as evidenced by the most acrobatic, clutch “Catch” in MLB history. Imagine what his stats would have been if he had not missed two seasons to serve in the Army or if he had played under more welcoming circumstances.

Mays’ cards have performed better than almost every alternative asset from an investment standpoint. The auction sales history of nicely centered 1952 Topps Mays PSA 8 cards shows the performance: 8/28/08: $10,812, 6/13/15: $39,381, 8/30/20: $51,877, 5/23/21: $186,960, and 12/5/21: $258,000. If you purchased this card as an investment in 2015--only six years ago--you would have achieved a six-bagger. For perspective, that return equals roughly the same ROI as purchasing stock in Amazon in 2015--one of the stock market’s best performers during this time frame.

Perhaps the greatest living athlete, Willie Mays--a national treasure--turns 91 in May, and this card will continue to turn heads for decades to come.

The ’52 Topps Mays offers investors more than a baseball card; it offers a piece of Americana that could easily steal the show at the Met or National Museum of African American History and Culture. We expect this showstopper to generate tremendous interest at auction--and for decades to come.

BGS POPULATION 1 OF 13 2000 SP AUTHENTIC TOM BRADY ROOKIE /1250 #118 BGS 10 PRISTINE

2000 SP Authentic football is best known for housing the iconic Tom Brady rookie card, and at the time it was also one of the most attractive and elegant creations in the market. The 171-card set featured a unique three tier set up with the ‘Future Watch’ set consisting of 60 shortly printed rookie cards, each of which has a full color, action photo of the player with a white border, silver foil highlights and the SP Authentic logo. Although Tom Brady was not one of the key rookies from the issue when released, it quickly became one of the most important and sought-after blue chips from the year.

Offered here is a fine-art equivalent example of Tom Brady’s #118 SP Authentic rookie card, professionally assessed by Beckett as pristine and serial stamped 0177/1250. Dead centered with faultless edges and untouched corners. Free of common wear to the delicate embossed front surface with vibrant color and a wonderful player photo. This card-player pairing is worthy of the finest modern-card portfolio, and as it sits, one of the brightest modern football cards ever created. Brady and the Bucs look like the favorites to repeat in the Super Bowl and history has taught us not to bet against Brady. A premier high-end investment which commands attention.

PSA POPULATION 1 OF 1 2014 PANINI PRIZM WORLD CUP GOLD PRIZMS LIONEL MESSI /10 #12 PSA 9 MINT

The FIFA World Cup is by far the most viewed sporting event, catering to millions of in-person fans packing massive arenas in addition to television and streaming viewers that can reach one billion per match. When a superstar the likes of Lionel Messi is on the pitch, the entire world seemingly tunes in. An Argentine international, Messi is both the country’s most capped player and their all-time leading goal scorer. At the age of 19, during the 2006 FIFA World Cup, Lionel Messi became the youngest Argentine to play and score in a match. Fast forward eight years, an even more skilled Messi became the Argentine captain and had his squad among the favorites to win the prestigious event. Throughout the tournament’s length, Messi dominated for his country scoring four goals and winning the Golden Ball award. Argentina advanced all the way to the final where the Germans defeated them 1 - 0.

The 2014 Panini Prizm World Cup set features players from all 32 participating countries. This inaugural World Cup set has become highly sought after throughout the years, featuring many of football’s greatest talents, including Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Robin Van Persie, and Pele. Several parallels exist within the set, perhaps none more important than Gold Prizm. Encased in a PSA 9 holder is the Gold Prizm parallel to Lionel Messi’s #12 card, which features the superstar in the midst of an attack on goal.

This serial stamped 09/10 example is fresh like it recently emerged from a pack, boasting undeniable MINT preservation. The large amount of gold holofoil on the front surface is blemish free, absent of typical indents and scuffs. The card’s fragile edges lack chipping and the alignment is 50-50. Near undetectable touches to the reverse upper two corner tips are likely all that caused PSA to hesitate awarding the ‘10’ grade. Few other Messi productions rival this card’s value, scarcity, and desirability. Messi is a big time footballer with nearly 300 million Instagram followers—many of which would love to own this iconic World Cup card.

Selected 10th overall by the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2017 NFL Draft was the collegiate standout out of Texas Tech – Patrick Mahomes. Prior to his entry to the league, Mahomes was slinging it just as good as he does today, capturing the 2016 FBS passing yards leader award with 5,052 yards.
