Once you have arrived at the Puerto Vallarta International Airport you will walk through immigration (1), baggage claim (2), customs (3) and the Time Share Zone (4). After you have gone through customs, please be sure to make no stops* until you are cleared out of the Time Share Zone; which ends after you cross a set of glass doors and come out to the Car Rental and Taxi Area. You will recognize this area by the glass wall on your right, and the car rental booths on your left (zone highlighted in yellow in the map). The PV EVENT GROUP rep will be

waiting for you right outside the glass doors inside the airport, close to the VIP Services Office (location #5, marked with a red star). Look for a sign with your last name or group name on it. TERMS AND CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS/PAYMENTS
A $100 Deposit is required to confirm your reservations. If travel is within 7 days, payment in full is required. Final payment is due 7 days prior to departure, whichever is earlier. Upon receipt of deposit, a confirmation/invoice will be sent to you. PayPal, VISA, MC, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
UNUSED TOUR SERVICES
No refund will be issued for unused accommodations, or tour services if the tour participant leaves the tour for any reason.
CANCELLATIONS
ALL HOTEL PAYMENTS ARE REFUNDABLE expect for initial $100 Deposit. If your roommate(s) cancels, you and your remaining roommate(s) must pay applicable occupancy surcharges prior to the departure date.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
If you require assistance in any way while on your tour, you must notify our on-location staff who will make every effort to accommodate you. Under no circumstances will PV Event Group reimburse you for out of pocket expenses.
