FBM’s New Version (4.1.20) The new Version was released just recently and includes the following: 1. Error while printing user menu rights report fixed. 2. Quotations button removed from system toolbar. 3. PO amount in words are now followed system currency format. 4. Error while printing Revenues in Display Movements Documents screen fixed. 5. “Created By” & “Last modified By” fields added to vendor details screen. 6. Reports - Periodic - All Deviations Of Purchase Orders report, deviations quantity is now calculated based on total received quantity per order. 7. New fields “Usage Quantity, InventoryDifferenceQuantity, TransferInQuanitity, TransferOutQuantity, RequisitionsQuantity, etc…” added to Audit custom reports. 8. New fields “From Date, To Date” added to Order Receiving & Orders custom reports. 9. Recipes screen filter and search performance is now improved.

GB2B going Global New Business Partners As part of its global expansion GB2B is pleased to announce the appointment of more Business Partners (BP). A new BP will cover Saudi Arabia and Kuwait while another one has been designated to cover Canada and North America in general including the Caribbean Islands where GB2B has already presence in Antigua. Also in addition to the existing BP Network in Asia GB2B is already in advance talks with potential BPs in Thailand, Malaysia, China (Hong Kong), Russia and Australia. These agreements are expected to be finalized before year’s end.
GB2B going Global Latest “Business and Leisure” Projects FMB & SCM Hotels
In addition to the existing FBM and SCM Hotels, GB2B completed recently the following projects implementation in several Hospitality Establishments in various places around the world. Despite the above, there are several projects currently in progress and there is a continuously increasing number of Hotels and Resorts to be implemented over the next few months in various countries like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and also in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia. A great interest has been shown from North America and more specifically in Canada where we will be conducting various demos and corporate presentations very soon.

Succession Plan (FBM to SCM Migration) GB2B is pleased to announce its new “Succession” Program extended to its current FBM customers in order to take advantage of the new technology and advanced operational features of SCM with the least possible investment. More specifically each and every GB2B customer operating FBM in 2013 and 2014 will be entitled to a 50% TOTAL discount for SCM regardless when they will install it. For example if a Hotel signs with GB2B the FBM License and Support Agreement (LSA) for 2013 in November 2012 and decides to “migrate” to SCM in August 2013 it will receive a 50% discount on the total project cost. This will include Software, Interfaces, Implementation (5-10 days depending of the Hotel) and LSA for the remaining of that year. In order to make this even more appealing we have decided to extend favorable payment
terms as well. Based on that the payable amount will be split in two parts (50-50) and will be included in the next two LSA fees. Please note that SCM is based on Open Source platforms so there is no need for extra costs like MS-SQL, Citrix, etc. licenses and yearly maintenance. It is obvious that this will make possible each and every GB2B Customer to obtain the latest product and service with the minimum financial effort thus prolonging the Hotel’s related investment for at least another decade.
