Elevate your dinner experience with specialty wines poured during dinner service. The Wedding & Special Events Manager can provide an extensive wine list. Specialty wines are priced per bottle.

Each bar package includes two white and two red wines as well as a Lodge & Club signature mocktail offering.

One bartender at $200 plus tax is required to be provided for every 75 guests.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE A WEDDING TOUR?

Our team is dedicated to servicing our events on the weekend. Therefore, wedding tours are available by appointment Monday – Friday from 9 a.m5 p.m.

ARE GUEST ROOMS AVAILABLE ON PROPERTY FOR MY GUESTS?

We have a variety of luxurious accommodations available for you and your guests. Your Wedding Sales Manager can assist in arranging a wedding room block.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CEREMONY PACKAGE?

Our current wedding ceremony packages include the ceremony location, white folding garden chairs, and a sound system for your officiant. These packages serve as a starting point, and our dedicated events team, along with our preferred vendors, will work closely with you to customize every detail and ensure a perfect day.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RECEPTION PACKAGE?

Our current reception package covers your cocktail hour and reception location. It also includes standard banquet tables, white or ivory linens, chiavari chairs, and a mahogany dance floor (indoor events only). These elements can be tailored to your preferences, and our team will assist you in personalizing your reception to create a truly memorable experience.

WHEN ARE MY DEPOSITS DUE?

Your initial deposit of 50% of your estimated charges is due along with the signed contract and is non-refundable. Please refer to your contract for the remaining payment schedules for your event.

WHAT IS A FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM?

The food and beverage minimum is the lowest amount you are required spend on any combination of food and beverage items. One may spend more than the contracted minimum, but may not spend less than. Service charge and sales tax do not apply.

WHEN DO I SCHEDULE MY WEDDING TASTING?

Our goal is to conduct wedding tastings approximately four months before your special day. Tastings are scheduled on Tuesday through Thursday afternoons. We do recommend to plan these tastings no later than a month in advance, to ensure we are able to accommodate your preferred date and time. The bride and groom are complimentary and each additional guests is $50 plus tax and service charge.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR EXISTING WEDDING MENUS?

Our Executive Chef and Wedding & Special Events Manager are happy to work closely with you on the creation of your wedding menu.

DO I NEED TO HIRE AN OUTSIDE WEDDING PLANNER?

To ensure a flawless event, we require the selection of a full service wedding planner to partner with our Events Team. Your wedding planner will handle logistics, vendor referrals, budget management, and dayof execution. We have curated a list of exceptional professionals in our approved vendor list, which is attached. These planners work closely with our team to ensure your day is perfect. If you have another planner in mind, we kindly request that exceptions be approved prior to contract.

WHEN IS FINAL GUEST COUNT NEEDED?

The Lodge & Club requires the final guarantee of attendance 72 hours prior to your first food and beverage function. This number will be considered a guarantee and is not subject to a reduction.

CAN I HAVE A CEREMONY REHEARSAL?

Our Wedding & Special Events Manager would be glad to schedule a complimentary rehearsal with you based on availability.

HOW IS MENU PRICING DETERMINED?

Prices are subject to change yearly and are set based upon year of event.

CAN I TENT MY EVENT SPACE?

Yes, we do have several venues that can be tented. Our team or your planner can assist in supplying quotes from one of our approved tent vendors. Additional rental fees apply starting at $5,000 per day for tent installation and breakdown. All set up and breakdown times must be approved by The Lodge & Club before confirmed with tent vendor. Generators must rented for all tented events.

IS THERE A NOISE ORDINANCE FOR EVENTS ON THE LAWNS?

In accordance with local city ordinances and out of respect for our guests and neighbors. All outdoor music must be completed by 11 p.m.
