CLUB RENOVATION UPDATES
We are excited to update you on the progress of the transformational projects underway at the Club. While the stunning new Sports and Surf Clubs are under construction, we hope that you are enjoying the enhanced experiences we’ve created throughout the Club.
THE SPORTS CLUB
In March, the new Sports Club began to take shape with the installation of precast concrete exterior walls. Precast installation will continue through April, followed closely by concrete slabs and roof trusses. Interior work – including plumbing, mechanical, drywall –and exterior architectural elements are on the horizon. We continue to target late 2026 for grand opening.
THE SURF CLUB
Demolition of the previous Surf Club was completed in March and the site is being prepared to begin foundation work. Estimated completion of the project is early 2027.
