Advantages of Questionnaires Questionnaires can be an effective method to collect data from a group of individuals. This form of evaluation requires less resources, like time and money. Questionnaires can be administered before, during, and/or after the program intervention. The flexibility of questionnaires extends to allowing the participants to remain anonymous, if necessary. Questions can be closed-ended, partially closed, or open-ended.
