Overview of book This is a mammoth of a book Zodiac will walk you through ideas, dreams and a vision, identify your life's key areas, identify goals/aims, pull in a plan and then hold your hand along the way.

Vision: How do you want your life to look? What does your day-to-day look like? Where are you? What are you doing?

Areas of life: What's important to you?

Targets and goals; What do you want to achieve? how will you measure this? and by when? When do you want to work on these? all year? just for 3 months?

Plan: How and when will you do it all? Map it out and assign a quarter to focus on it These are high-level pieces of info. The next section goes detailed.

Daily focus: The daily focus sections will help you identify the key tasks to get you to your overall goal or aim Daily review: Write about your day - What progress did you make, what changes do you think could be made? What important aspects of your day do you want to record?

30-day review: Take a look at what you have done - what were your targets do you hit them? if not what are you going to do next 30 days?
