WELCOME!

Welcome to Ross-Ade Stadium! It’s a great time to be a Boilermaker, and we are excited to have you, your family, friends and business associates with us at beautiful Ross-Ade Stadium. While we’re very pleased with the progress made to date under head coach Jeff Brohm’s leadership, you can be sure that we are far from satisfied, and we aim to continue our positive momentum this season. We have built a solid foundation, and our players and coaching staff are energized by the challenge of achieving greater success. Above all, I’m confident you will continue to see the classic Purdue mentality of outworking our opponent as we strive to build a championship football program. Contained in this manual are the policies and procedures regarding your premium seats, along with answers to some frequently asked questions. If you have additional questions or would like to provide feedback, please contact us. We are committed to providing a level of customer service and an overall gameday experience that is second to none. Our coaches and student-athletes join me in saying thank you for your continued support of the Boilermakers. Your generosity makes a positive impact. Enjoy the game. Boiler Up!

N C A A C O M P L I A N C E I N F O R M AT I O N Dear Ross-Ade Suite Holder: Welcome to Ross-Ade Stadium Premium Seating! We are proud of this pavilion as it ranks as one of the nation’s premier facilities from which to enjoy college football. Along with these outstanding accommodations comes the heightened responsibility for all “athletic representatives” to abide by NCAA rules. So we want to ensure that you are aware of the institutional and NCAA rules that apply to you as a representative of Purdue’s athletics interests because you play an important role in helping us ensure that Purdue University remains in compliance with NCAA rules. The NCAA defines a “representative of Purdue Athletics Interests” as anyone who has participated in, or is a member of, an organization promoting Purdue’s athletics program. So even a simple contribution to the athletics program or booster club identifies you as a booster then your support of Purdue football through licensed seats certainly puts you in this category! This identity is retained forever, even if you no longer contribute. Also, it is important to remind you that it is an NCAA violation for anyone to entertain prospective student-athletes and/or their family members in a Ross- Ade Stadium Suite or other premium seats. A prospective studentathlete is defined as any student entering the ninth grade. This is not to say that you cannot entertain family friends who have children of this age, but a pre-established relationship must exist; and the NCAA defines a preestablished relationship as a relationship that has been long-established and has its foundation outside of athletics. Entertainment of current student-athletes and/or their families is also prohibited. Entertainment or hosting current student-athletes is considered an extra benefit and will jeopardize their eligibility. Please take a moment to review our Donor and Fan Guide, an educational resource for all Purdue University, boosters, fans and alumni. Also feel free to contact the Athletics Compliance Office at 765.494.9752 if you have any questions regarding these NCAA regulations. Thank you for your tremendous commitment to Purdue athletics through your generous support, enthusiastic presence and rules compliance. Boiler up! Tom Mitchell Associate Athletics Director for Compliance

ACCESSIBILITY ON GAME DAY All suites will open two hours before kickoff. They will close one hour after the conclusion of the game. An arrival time of 45 minutes before kickoff is suggested to avoid possible elevator congestion.

ACCESSIBILITY DURING THE WEEK All suites will be locked after game-day cleaning until the following game day. If you need to bring something to your suite or retrieve something from it, please call the premium seating staff to schedule a time to have your suite unlocked. Keys for the suites will remain with the stadium staff.

ENTRANCES/EXITS All suite holders must enter the stadium through the main pavilion lobby off Beering Drive on the west side of Ross-Ade Stadium. Upon entering the lobby, your tickets will be checked to ensure that you have a pavilion ticket. The south and middle elevators will serve all luxury suites. The north elevator will be an express elevator to Shively Stadium Club. Your tickets will be checked again upon exiting the elevator, and the ushering staff will assist you in finding your suite (if needed). You may also enter and exit your suite via the stairwell located just south of the main pavilion lobby. Ushers will staff these stairwells and will help guide you to the correct areas.

BAG POLICY Fans are encouraged not to bring any type of bags to games, and only the following are permissible: One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and does not exceed 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches OR one onegallon clear plastic bag (Ziploc bag or similar). Also permissible is one small clutch bag (no larger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches) - approximately the size of a hand - with or without a handle or strap. Exceptions will be made for ticket holders with medically necessary items and/or diaper bags (with a child/children present). Those patrons will be admitted only at the First Aid gates on the northeast and northwest sides of the stadium upon having their bag(s) inspected.
