Budding writers of East Hunsbury – enter now for a chance to be published in the next edition of East Hunsbury Life Magazine!

All you have to do is submit a short story of not more than 500 words on the theme of “A crime in East Hunsbury”. The entry can be a short story or the first chapter of a book with the intention of leaving the reader wanting more!

The winning entry will be published in the June edition of the Parish magazine, and the writer will receive a £20 National Book Token.

Competition Rules

1. The competition is open to all residents of East Hunsbury (no age restriction)

2. Entries must be original and unpublished

3. Entry is free but to be eligible must be submitted by midnight on 11th May 2023

4. Entries to be submitted as a typed PDF, by email to ehlmag@easthunsburyparishcouncil.gov.uk

5. By submitting your entry you grant East Hunsbury Parish Council the right to publish in East Hunsbury Life Magazine
