Plenty to look forward to at your local library

There’s plenty to look forward to at Hunsbury Library throughout the spring! Our popular Rhymetime and Babytime sessions for under 5s will continue weekly, as well as our new Craft Corner for over 5s. Mindfulness Mondays and Crafty Bees sessions give you space to make new friends and find new hobbies. We’ve got some exciting events for Easter half term planned, as well as for the King’s coronation in May. The Big Sing continues monthly bringing a dose of fun and festivity to the library, and our Hunsbury Quiz Night returns in April for after-hours trivia. Besides activities, we have regular waves of new books landing on our shelves to borrow for free with your library membership. Whether it’s the cosy crime of Richard Osman or Prince Harry’s tell-all memoir, there’s something for everyone – and if you can’t find what you’re looking for, we can reserve you a copy in from another library in Northamptonshire. In the coming months, there’s new releases from

Margaret Atwood, Salman Rushdie and Jennifer Saint to look forward to! Don’t forget – your library membership includes access to eBooks and eAudiobooks for FREE via BorrowBox and Libby, as well as free eNewspapers and eMagazines via PressReader, all accessible through your smartphone or tablet and take just minutes to set up.

Despite the winter season coming to an end, our library will continue to be a safe space to visit, to work, study or relax within, and free to access. We love our community and are grateful for the support they have shown us, and continue to show us.
