bio. YD La Mar was minding her own business when one day, Loren Hart slid into her DMs with an idea. YD wasn’t sure of what to think of it since Loren was a newer author. In fact, she was still pondering over why her DMs seemed to be so open to being slid into. Upon much coercion and a little dubious consent, YD found herself pulled into a world filled with magic and battles as Loren continued to convince her of the greatness they would achieve as partners in crime. They were both tasked with the unimaginable: Leading a shared world made just for bipoc authors by writing the first book. Over much loss of sleep, coffee, and threats of the whip, Fractured Glory was born.
