Keeping fit during Christmas

eeping fit during Christmas is a challenge for most people. Apparently, the average person puts on five pounds over the Christmas period! Whatever your festive diet has in store here are a few suggestions to help keep fit:

Drink a lot of water – it’s good for you! Get off the bus a stop early and walk Take the stairs instead of the lift Don’t become a couch potato Don’t skip breakfast – it will give you a license to eat too much later on Try something different- move out of your comfort zone. Go Ice skating, for example. Eat and enjoy but don’t over indulge!

With a little change and a whole lot of determination it is possible!
