PTSMC Partners & Directors and Admin leadership just completed our 2019 “Year End Leadership Meeting.” The focus of this annual meeting is to take stock of the previous year and to look ahead. Did we accomplish what we set out to do? Are we proud of our people and ourselves? Where did we miss the mark? How do we continue to improve? Are we preparing to be better tomorrow than we are today?
