KEY RESULTS

▪ From FEL-0 to Mechanical Completion: Providing engineering leadership, process modeling and pilot plant design support for early stage Foodtech company

▪ Ongoing advisory services to executive team at specialty chemical company including new technology risk mitigation, third party partnerships, and scaleup to enable 25X increase in production

▪ Developed commercial scale process concept, capital efficient pilot design (40% reduction vs original), and carbon footprint assessment showing a path to carbon negative product for early stage renewable chemical company.

▪ Led successful completion of pilot and 4 demonstration projects ($5-$10M) as VP at LanzaTech: 40,000+ hours on stream, 30% increase in throughput, 50% capital reduction. Completed FEL 0/1 for 13 commercial scale projects and FEL 2 for 4 projects.

▪ Developed and launched 8 new products, generating $12M gross margin in new growth and delivering year over year growth greater than 100% as Director of Process Development at Vertellus

▪ Developed novel dividing wall column distillation capability as Lead Engineer at Honeywell UOP: $1.2M reduction in capital, 50% reduction in energy
