To launch a B4MC program at Food Lion, our team would construct a unique pilot program and deployment plan designed specifically for your stores.


Use existing reusable bag in Food Lion inventory pictured. B4MC has a proven track record of successful pilot program implementation with a generic bag. Apply all other aspects of B4MC programs, including store management communication, data reporting, microsite creation, and nonprofit engagement strategies.
Identify success of the pilot program as selling 600,000 bags over an eight-month time frame. Accomplishing this goal would send $600,000 in donations to either local feeding partners or a range of local nonprofits that service Food Lion communities.

THE REUSABLE BAG

Pictured on the left is the blueberry reusable bag that would launch the Food Lion B4MC Pilot Program. If this bag sells through, we would move to another generic reusable bag in Food Lion’s inventory.
Since B4MC mobilizes benefiting organizations to market the program to their support networks, the design of the bag makes no difference in proving the success of a pilot program.

FOOD LION PROGRAM MARKETING SUPPORT
Our team takes care of everything for you! All the Food Lion Leadership Team needs to do is designate a bag rack display and announce the program.
Food Lion would designate an end cap or other center aisle display for the reusable bag to be presented for sale. Display signage would list the retail price and clearly explain that each bag purchased provides $1 to a local nonprofit servicing people in need.
The Food Lion Corporate Team would announce the program and request that store associates keep the display stocked with bags.


FOODLIONB4MCPILOTPROGRAM
• B4MC will build all supporting infrastructure for the Food Lion B4MC Pilot Program in the same manner as all other ADUSA clients’ programs. The Food Lion Leadership Team will have the opportunity to review and approve all program elements and criteria.
Our team will:

-Create and maintain a program microsite in line with Food Lion’s unique branding and messaging style.
-Design monthly tools for benefiting nonprofits to promote their selection month to their support networks.
-Curate a proprietary database of organizations within a 10-mile radius of each of your stores to facilitate a low-to-no-touch selection process.
-Develop, manage, and deploy a monthly marketing package to all selected organizations each month through our proven communication series.
• All program elements and support provided by B4MC will be identical in effort and commitment to all other ADUSA clients to guarantee the success of the Food Lion B4MC Pilot Program.
