DENNIS COLLET

THE INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY DISRUPTION Dennis originally hails from Germany but is now a long-term Londoner. Graduating from Copenhagen Business School with a master’s in International Economics of Strategy and Governance, Dennis went on to forge a career in the finance sector. After many successful years Dennis founded his own business, Orderella, of which he is CEO. Orderella was born one night when he got fed up with queuing at the bar waiting for a drink, so decided to do something to solve this problem and created an ordering and payment app, meaning he’d never have to miss a minute with his friends again queuing at the bar. Successfully removing the pain points for customers and venues alike, Orderella is now available in over 200 venues across the UK.

Working with the renowned manufacturer of dairy and gluten free products, Plamil’s Adrian Ling and Julian Lucas are perfectly placed to guide companies on creating a safe free from menu. 14

With the introduction of allergen labelling, consumers are fully aware of the content of prepared food. Professionals need to find information and products enabling them to deliver safe and tasty free from menus. Plamil has over half a century of production segregation experience. It originally made food for vegans wishing to avoid dairy and was the first company to produce dairy free ‘milk’ chocolate. Later it introduced egg free mayo.
