At Providence, we find that our students learn more when they are happy and engaged. As educators, one of our greatest satisfactions comes when parents tell us their children look forward to school everyday. Our teachers pray with our students each day before every class.
We believe it is important for our students to develop an understanding of concepts through observation, inquiry, research, and discovery. Access to technology and STEM in school gives students greater opportunities to learn, engage, communicate, and develop skills that will prepare them for work, life, and citizenship. We are committed to helping students develop skills in 21st Century technology.
Students in Pre K – 8th grade have access to mobile labs utilizing Windows devices. Students in 9th-12th grade bring their technology with them to school. The Stem Studio provides hands on learning for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Lower school students utilize the Finch and Hummingbird Robotics in the Technology Lab featuring a variety of captivating learning activities.

We love our teachers... and are learning from the best.
We not only help our students discover their God-given talents and purpose, we teach them to put them into action. Our students participate in student government and for those who qualify, the National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, French Honor Society, International Thespian Honor Society, National Art Honor Society, and National Dance Honor Society. All students are encouraged to participate in one or more of the multiple clubs offered at Providence. Many of our clubs participate in service projects and missions trips. Working through locally-based non-profit organizations, our students assist orphanges and schools in a variety of projects. Last year we replenished local food pantries and participated in the Bright Holidays Toy drive. The
entire school collected Christmas presents for the Providence House Orphanage in Moldova, Russia. The MacKenzie Club and Best Buddies Club have both been recognized for their impact in our local community. Every graduate from Providence serves a minimum of 100 hours of community service. A few of our clubs are Best Buddies, Broadway Buddies, Environmental Club, Excel, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Prayer Club, Future Business Leaders of America, International Thespian Society, Junior Ladies, McKenzie Club, Tim Tebow Foundation Club, Upper School Book Club, and the Bible Club. Our students frequently share how they are grateful for the opportunities to serve and how it has changed their lives for the better.

Where creativity is encouraged...
The arts program adds breadth to Christian education. It not only inspires students to dramatically improve their talents, but it also provides knowledge and experience. Visual and performing arts courses offer students the opportunity to explore and nurture their God-given talents and to share these gifts in significant ways. The combination of expert teaching, student-centered learning, and superb facilities makes Providence a wonderful place for students to experience the joy of self-expression and to grow richly in their creative endeavors. Throughout the school year, Providence hosts several performance events including choral concerts, band performances, dance recitals, and theatrical productions. Providence students have performed far beyond their campus
walls at some of the most prestigious theaters in America including the Biltmore Estate, Disney World, and Carnegie Hall. Artwork from students who have competed in various contests is displayed throughout the city and on permanent display at the Capitol in Washington, DC. Over 850 families and 140 churches are represented at Providence. Students in Bible courses learn to connect with God through Bible reading and prayer. We assist them as they develop their God-given potential and talents. Each student learns to compare and contrast secular worldviews to those of other religions and are encouraged to question and dig deep. Not only do students learn about God in daily Bible
classes, but Biblical truths are woven through the entire educational process at Providence. We want our students to leave the halls of Providence fully prepared to meet the challenges of today’s world.
