Jack Chapman Pty Ltd reserves the right to replace lenses or products outside the nominated warranty period on an individual basis. Credit Policy Returns Jack Chapman Pty Ltd will accept and process credits if the goods are returned within 7 days and comply with the details below regarding stock lenses. All prescription grind lens orders cannot receive a credit/ reimbursement as they cannot be reprocessed. Manufacturing fault or defect please refer to Item 3 Product Guarantee.
