LAST week was Wear Orange Wednesday or ‘WOW Day’, a chance for communities across Australia to wear orange and thank all SES volunteers who generously give their time to help us all during flood, storm and other emergencies. government, starting almost 30 years ago and going on to steer council through the deamalgamation process from Delatite Shire Council in 2002. She held the position of director, corporate and community services for Mansfield Shire Council prior to carving out a distinguished career which included council CEO roles in Victoria and the Northern Territory, before returning to Mansfield to take up the CEO role.
