residential building behind an existing dwelling at 32 Chenery Street. The proposed development
includes a two-bedroom and onebathroom dwelling on the ground floor with access to a single-carport, and the upper storey will include a four-bedroom and two-bathroom dwelling with access via stairs and a double-carport below. The existing residence will also undergo renovations to become a
four-bedroom and two-bathroom dwelling. The existing dwelling at 32 Chenery Street is currently listed on Airbnb and other short-term accommodation websites, where occupants get “exclusive access passes to use The Alzburg Resort facilities”.
