I would have to say it’s the family aspect of our whole team here. We like and respect each other while working toward the same goals in taking the best possible care of our trade pro members and their clients to help their projects go smoothly, and celebrating successes at the end of the day.
What trends do you see developing with regard to home remodeling? People are going back to the basics in what they’re looking for in their homes with an emphasis on things like warm tones for a comfortable feel and a desire to create a timeless appeal. We’re also seeing bigger projects with clients focusing more on loving their space, so they’re willing to spend more to get what they want.

How would you describe the difference between the service you offer at ProSource Wholesale versus retail or the big box stores? We build an ongoing relationship with members by working almost exclusively one-on-one with them and their clients at every step, and that includes following-up afterwards. Plus, our team is extremely knowledgeable and has direct access to vendors to help negotiate better pricing.
