We exist to make your life easier whether through quality material selections, saving time at our one-stop shop, or increasing your profit by providing personalized service.

ProSource Wholesale was developed to serve the needs of a specific group in the floorcovering industry—trade professionals. Our first showroom opened in 1991 in St. Louis, Missouri. ProSource Wholesale Floorcoverings, as we were originally named, was the answer to the unique requirements of builders, remodelers, interior designers, contractors, real estate professionals, installers, architects, and other flooring trade pros.

ProSource franchises are independently owned and operated, and ProSource of Arizona is a family-owned, locally-operated business with a strong passion for turning your home remodeling dreams into reality! We have proudly served the Phoenix and Tucson markets for over 30 years to build our reputation of providing excellent quality products and great customer service to any budget. We cater to the trade professional and hope you will use our showroom as your own.

Our private showrooms only sell through our trade pros, which means that you have the opportunity to earn more on every sale. Members can buy directly from us at member prices and establish their own pricing and profit margin or they can let ProSource handle the selection and selling process to receive a referral bonus of up to 10% across all product categories on every client purchase. Each ProSource showroom is independently owned and operated, and suppliers and selection may vary by location.

Our full-time, professional kitchen & bath designers will help you and your clients choose the right materials to create that one-of-a-kind kitchen or bathroom with maximum style and functionality.

All of our designers are trained to provide you with the best solutions using the latest software to quickly lay out your project. ProSource designers can assist you with any budget and provide renderings to bring your client’s vision to life! Best of all, your membership includes the first two designs for each project at no extra cost.

We offer a wide range of cabinet options from flat pack and quick ship to semi-custom with framed and frame-less options to meet every client’s need. In addition, our products are backed by manufacturer warranties and the companies have been around for decades so you don’t have to worry! We will be here to help when you need.

Our ProSource showrooms offer you everything you need to create a stunning and functional living or workspace that your clients will love. Our wide range of products means you don’t have to go around town to find the high-quality, stylish options your clients want. Having it all in one place also allows you to show clients samples side-by-side to help them visualize how their project will come to life.

YOUR CLIENTS ARE IN GOOD HANDS

As an added membership benefit, you do not have to accompany your client on every visit. This means you can conduct sales without having to spend time in the showroom away from other projects. Even when you’re not here, our highly-trained staff is working hard to help you win more business!

With our unaccompanied client service, simply call ahead to make an appointment. Your dedicated account manager will handle the selection and selling process for you and you’ll receive a generous referral bonus on applicable client purchases.

HOW TO GET STARTED

HOURS OF OPERATION

Open Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm, and Saturday by appointment only. Warehouse pick up hours Monday through Friday 7 am - 4 pm. Hours may vary by showroom. Consult your showroom for evening and weekend hours.

PICK UP

Members are notified when merchandise has arrived at the ProSource warehouse. Full payment on any remaining balance is due upon notification of shipment and arrival of merchandise. For efficiency, members should advise their account manager of the date and approximate time merchandise will be picked up. ProSource offers the convenience of receiving merchandise in our warehouse at no additional charge.

Storage fees may be assessed if material is not picked up within one week. In some cases, for kitchen and bath products, shipments can be delivered directly to the job site - ask your account manager if you prefer job site delivery!

Persons responsible for pick up should examine material before leaving to be sure it is the correct order - material, color etc. The person who selected the merchandise should be on the job site to inspect and approve material prior to installation. Material is only available for pickup when paid in full.

ProTrade offers limits according to your credit needs. Approval is easily handled by your ProSource showroom.

That’s why we offer our clients the option to use Synchrony for financing. Synchrony provides added flexibility and options to pay for your project. With quick approval, pre-qualifying without impacting your credit limit, and no annual fee, Synchrony makes it easy to get the project of your dreams. When you choose to finance through Synchrony, you’re not just benefiting from added flexibility and payment options, but also from promotional financing options such as 12-month interest-free financing (if paid in full within 12 months, otherwise interest deferred). This allows you to complete your project on time and on a budget, without the burden of interest charges. At ProSource, we’re dedicated to providing you with the best possible service and experience, and offering Synchrony as a financing option is just one way we’re making that happen.

Q. How much does it cost to become a ProSource Wholesale member?

A. You can become a ProSource member for an nominal fee of $25 + tax per year, which you will almost always save on your first purchase!

Q. Who can become a ProSource Wholesale member?

A. Our members include architects, builders, contractors, designers, installers, remodelers, real estate professionals, facility managers, and other trade pros. ProSource qualifies all prospective members through an application.

Q. What is a ProSource online account?

A. Visitors to the ProSource Wholesale website have access to inspiration, products, articles, and showroom news and events. But the real advantage of the website lies within a ProSource Wholesale online account called myProSource. For trade pros, having a myProSource account gives you access to many benefits including: free advertising, gaining new clients, and project management tools. For your clients, myProSource gives them access to create their own account where they can browse products, add inspiration, and collaborate with their project team - you, your ProSource account manager and K&B designer (if applicable for the project). Their account will help keep them organized and provide the transparency your clients appreciate.

Q. Is there a cost to have an online account?

A. No, you can quickly create an online account for free. This gives you access to all the perks of the site plus myProSource.

Q. Does ProSource offer installation services?

A. No. As a courtesy, we provide a list of professionals in the area who handle estimating and installation services. All installers are referred by ProSource members and their clients who were satisfied with the work performed for them. Please ask for written quotes, references and specific workmanship guarantees before you choose any installer. All scheduling, expenses and warranties are the full responsibility of the installer. Payment is made to your installer by you directly, with no mark up. We always recommend using a licensed and bonded installer.

Q. When I bring in clients, how is pricing handled?

A. It depends on how you choose to work. Your account manager can provide you with your member pricing, which you can mark up, or client pricing can be given directly to your client and you can earn a referral of up to 10% depending on the product.

Q. Can I bring clients to visit the Showroom any time?

A. Yes, during normal showroom hours, or by scheduling an appointment outside of standard hours.

Q. Do I always have to accompany my client?

A. No, simply make an appointment for your clients ahead of time in order for ProSource to be ready for their visit.

Q. Can samples be taken from the showroom to check for color, style, etc.?

A. Yes, samples can be checked out at no cost for up to 48 hours.

Q. If I use the unaccompanied client service, how would I benefit?

A. ProSource sales professionals will assist your client and close the sale for you using wholesale prices. Once the sale has been paid and picked up, you will receive a referral bonus in the form of a check. This saves you time and makes you money!
