Negotiating

To get the best outcome from your sale, we: • Attend auction and/or negotiate conditions and price, in consultation with you to achieve the best possible result • Finalise all details of the Sale and Purchase Agreement • The Solicitor is contacted and the contract is sent to them on your behalf • Monitor fulfilment of buyer conditions, assisting where necessary and keeping you fully informed of progress

Sold

Once your property is sold, we ensure: • A sold sticker is placed on your sign and all remaining advertising is cancelled • The deposit is collected from the buyer • A final buyer inspection is arranged • Deposit is released to your Solicitor • Keys are released for exchange upon settlement
