Welcome Call: You'll receive a call from one of our install coordinators to go over the basics of your new system, establish expectations and dates and answer any questions you have.

Site Survey: Our dedicated technicians will visit your facility prior to installation to survey your site, making sure that your network is prepped for the install. The tech will also go over some basic set up questions so that the Design Engineer has a basic understanding of your business needs.

Account Activation Call (Network Design and Build): An Insight design engineer will contact you to help you imagine how the system will be tailored to your goals. This specialist will walk you through all of the system features, and jointly you will decide on how the system will operate. Once you agree, the design engineer builds your custom system based on your specifications.
o Professional Installation : Our onsite professionals will deploy your new phone system across your current network, making sure that your system is fully operational at each location. o Number Porting: Once your new system is operational, Your technician will call forward your calls to the new system, and you're now using the Vonage system. We do this so that so that the transition is seamless and within your control. Our team then works to transfer (port) your existing phone numbers. We work with Vonage’s back-office group and your existing carriers to ensure that this important process is handled correctly. Note: You will be billed by both your current carrier and Vonage while the phone port is in process. o
Training: Your Design Engineer will show you the basics of how your phone system operates and direct you to resources that you can use to train your staff. Each phone comes with a complete quick start guide to make the training simple and efficient. Once you've lived with the system, we set up an advanced training session with a trainer well versed in untapping the potential of your system and tailoring it to your needs.
