Dear Four Turnberry Place Homeowner: In accordance with NRS 116.31083 the above meeting notice shall serve as proper notice of the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Four Turnberry Place Condominium Association. Owners are permitted to address the Executive Board unless they are meeting in Executive Session. The agenda will provide for a homeowner discussion forum at the beginning and end of the meeting. Also in accordance with NRS 116, each owner has a right to have a copy of the approved minutes and/or a copy of the audio recording upon request.
