EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric with designs stitched in strands of thread. Embroidery machines are driven by computers that read digitised Embroidery files created by special software.
SCREEN PRINTING
Screen Printing is the process whereby a logo is transferred onto a garment via a mesh screen. This method provides excellent coverage and is especially good for large and bold logos. Colours are printed one at a time, so accurate registration is essential.
SUBLIMATION PRINTING
A full-colour digital image is printed onto specialised paper using specialised inks. The paper is firmly adhered to the garment surface and when heat is applied to the image on the paper by way of a heat press machine, the ink on the paper is transformed from a solid to gaseous state, infusing with the fibres of the garment.

STATE-OF-THE-ART BRANDING SOLUTIONS
DIGITAL TRANSFER ON CLOTHING
Digital Transfer on Clothing is a process by which a digital image is printed onto specialised transfer paper. The transfer is then applied to the garment using a heat press process. Specialised digital printing machines use liquid ink instead of toner ink to ensure long-lasting flexibility and durability of your logo. This process, using state-of-the-art technology, creates vibrant, photo-realistic results and is the perfect choice for fine detail and full colour logos.
DEBOSSING
A logo is pressed into the surface of a garment using heat and pressure to create a permanent stamped impression. This branding process is both subtle and classy, resulting in a unique tone-on-tone look and is a great choice for waterproof garments.
LASER ETCHING
Using an advanced laser, the dye from the material surface is removed from a garment by way of a Laser Etching technique, creating a modern tone-on-tone look which cannot be replicated by any other process.
As depicted below, the result and clarity of laser may vary depending on the colour, style and material of the garment.
To illustrate the variance, we branded the same logo on 7 different colours of the same garment.
Given the less-than-desirable outcome (as seen on the 3 swatches below) we do not offer Laser Etching on certain garment colours.
